The staff do not work properly, the order takes a long time, the staff are very noisy and messy without any working process, the chaos comes from the order staff, bartender to the kitchen staff. They switched the customer's order (me) which led to me having to wait a very long time (more than 1 hour) just for a cup of coffee :) many people have requested a refund because it took too long but it was not approved.
