OYO 75414 KJS Pattaya​ — Hotel in Pattaya City

I found this by accident one day when I went to Pattaya with a friend of mine, the hotel we were going to stay in was full.|We walked back down the road and I saw a board advertising rooms for 500bht, Call it 12GBP, so I went in to speak to the lady on the desk.|I asked if they had two rooms, she said they did, gave me a key and I went upstairs to look at the room. |Very clean all round, bedding, towels, fridge ect and the room/floor was spotless.|The furniture was modern and all matched, not old and battered.|Good size TV if you need one but only had five English speaking stations.|The toilet was western style not a squat type. |I wouldn't say it was a good place to take a family though, the soi it is on has quite a few bars and I counted 23 massage shops from the hotel to the main road shouting hello papa massage. |I read a review on another site saying the street is full of ladies of the night touting their wares, not true, they are all on the frontage of the bars and massage shops.|If you're 'single' and looking for company this is the area for you. |And yes, I would stay there again! ;-)|BTW, there are three English food cafe's, most things with chip and they do full English fry ups, close by in the...

Booked through agoda but the very belligerent staff rejected the booking. I have stayed at many hotels in Pattaya and the three or four minutes of interaction with this grouchy person was by far the worst, most awful and disappointing that I've experienced. I didn't stay at this hotel so I don't know about the rooms. This obnoxious, grumpy, unsympathetic reception guy was very cold and mean spirited. DO NOT STAY HERE Absolutely PATHETIC! I showed up for my 3 day reservation to find that there is no room available. On top of that, 2 other people are at the front desk with the EXACT SAME ISSUE. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF "RESERVATION". They just book your reservation, take your money and hope you don't fight to get it back when they do not have a room for you.
