Queen Pattaya Hotel — Hotel in Pattaya City

Me & my only daughter like this hotel very much. We stay this hotel since 2004.We feel better when we stay this hotel. Environment , location & communication of this hotel is best; staff & others are very friendly & co-operative.This hotel is very clean & fit for relaxation. Front desk staffs are very cordial & they always try to satisfy the guest at any time (day & night time). Hotel price is very reasonable. Restaurant & it's food are delicious & testy. Space & amenities of room of the hotel are fine.When we visit Thailand ,then most of my duration I stay this hotel. Room service staffs are also good & co-operative, they always try to satisfy the guest of the hotel. This hotel is very safe & secure. If we rank this hotel then we mark this hotel 10 on 10. Called in here for a drink as we were walking around the area. Our drinks were fine, and the prices reasonable.||The hotel at the front has a very open plan layout, with what appears to be the reception in the middle. It was still stuck in its original decor, which could have suited 20-30 years ago. Lots of broken light fittings around the pillars, and the tables and chairs had been painted once, and needed to be done again.||It was nice to be able to relax and take the weight off our feet, with a cool breeze blowing up the street.||Would use this place for a rest again, if i...

Hotel is very run down and is in need of renovation. Rooms are clean. But bedding is in poor condition. Lock on Patio Door broke. Security of rooms very poor (keep valuables with you). TV in room old fashion. For me not a problem. Hotel sinks of smoke... If like me a none smoker. You will hate it here. Also from around 10pm nearby the music is really really loud!!!
