Stay here! ALL the people who work here are friendly and helpful and nice, every single person.

Great location: pretty quiet at night but a quick easy walk to the beach or a hundred places for food or drinks or cannabis.

Much of the hotel seems recently renovated and as of early October '24 there is some continuing downstairs and in the VIP rooms, so in the very near future they will have even more options for your stay. Prices at the counter were better than almost any we could find in the area on the apps.

Pool is not deep but plenty big otherwise and sits beneath the lovely shade of the tallest tree in the neighborhood.

As others have said, rooms are a little dated,especially the bathoom where the shower drains close to the toilet so you will get wet feet if you have to go right after a shower. Other than that, rooms are fine. My bed was very hard the first night. I asked the staff for a softer matress and they had one in my room within an hour. Pool area is nice, needs some additional funiture. Location is good, 2 blocks from the beach, and 4 blocks from the chaos of central patayya. This is a very old hotel which seems not being renovated for a long time and it need a little bit of love. It even does not have an elevator and my room was in the 4th floor . My room has bad smell, especially the restroom and I must try my best to overcome this. Dust is everywhere. Bugs and insects run in the floor during the night. Air conditioning is very noisy and it not works very well. The plus points are that the staffs are very friendly, and its location is not so far from the beach and entertainment places in Pattaya with reasonable price. For me it has not...
