At my second time staff asked me which man I would check in with this time.it shocked me ! Sge is insulting me I am a protitute...Uneducated staffs bad manners not professional. You got to lick their feet to make then speak nice to you....one arrogant female staff....act like she isn't in a hotel business bad diplomatic...
14,000 Baht per month plus 4,500 Baht for electricity and water this price you get better service with free drinking water ad toilet paper every cleaning days. ..and of course respect that worth the money you paid. ...
Though having paid in advanced the whole second month ...and of courses 7,000Baht for electricity and running water.but staff keep asking for electricity bill right on the next day of the month end ..threatening she will check you out....like you having paid anything in advanced at all..nothing much to say or comment ..just want to share you all that with 18,500 Baht permit included everything you can get better service ...in other hotel. .and of course nice educated staffs who had been trained for business . ......this 18,500 baht per month you paid make you feel like you..having paid anything but asking them to live in their resident for free....

Double bed was 2 beds pushed together with a plug socket behind the pillows. |Cups and kettle but no coffee sachets or even a spoon to stir your drink. |A/C extremely noisy and not possible to slow down the fan. In the 20 years travelling in Thailand it’s the noisiest A/C I’ve heard Impossible to sleep. Asked if had another room with quieter air con they gave us a key to another room to check and unfortunately it was just as loud and same model. Bad security locks to doors have to use key to lock as internal thumb turn doesn’t work also the door had previously been broken open and patched up with some black insulating tape. Lift is very old and dirty it’s more like a goods/service lift than a passenger lift. |Keys left in a basket on front desk not removed out of view, anyone could take someone else’s key, very poor security.|No ashtray available for us on the balcony |Safe not bolted down could just walk off with it |Balcony handrail was rotten beware.|The hotel needs demolition...
Read moreThis hotel is filthy,from the lift to go your room,which is just disgusting,to the actual room.The toilet was terrible broken toilet seat,rusty bucket,greasy marks on the walls, cold shower that did not at any time to give us hot water and ants all over the sink.The bedroom was another poor experience yellow pillows,marks on the wall with no visible signs that anybody had tried to clean them.As for the staff and why we did not complain it would not be easy as never off their mobile phones,we caught the cleaners while we walked past our neighbouring room prancing about in what was obviously fancy dress belonging to the guests.Money was also taken from our room table granted only a small amount but thank goodness we never left any large amount or valuables on show.I would stongly advise anyone to give this hotel a miss as unless there is a massive turnaround on cleanliness and staff training it is sure...
