A jewel in the middle of Pattaya cityIm a frequent traveler , I visit Pattaya like 3 to 4 times per year. Stayed in many hotels in Pattaya but in this hotel it is my first time. Positive points :The lobby is superb very well decorated it feels like you are sitting at home in your living roomCheck in was quick and efficient The door boys are super kind & loving more than the reception employeesThe building is new and beautiful The location is excellent , the hotel is facing central festival mall & just a few steps away from the beach, bars, restaurants, and massage shops.Room’s size, furniture, bed, toilet along with other facilities in the room are all excellent, there is a small corner you have kitchen utensils & washing machine (quite helpful ), even though didn’t use any. Bed & pillows excellent . Bedsheets and pillow cases clean. The best part no carpet!Excellent pool & pool area don't miss it out, great views The negative points..When I arrived I found stains on the bedcover I informed the reception immediately everything was changedThe cleaning is done daily but not to the standard required. I did speak to the girl who does the cleaning unfortunately she was very unpleasant & unprofessional. This to me made a big negative on my eyes. I made it clear to inform them when I checked out. Towels needs to be replaced as the color is not white any moreBreakfast was horrible, pork, pork and pork . They did add chicken in their menu , when I asked them is the chicken halal they had no answer for me. The pancakes and the croissant are horrible hard and not fresh. All in all , I did approach them and informed them that Im a Muslim please try to keep halal food for us as I will be here for 5 nights. Of course they ignored me and I ended up eating boiled eggs & bread for 5 days. Upon my departure Small stains were seen on pillow cases as my elastic hairband shaded colour on the pillow cases . I clearly explained to them what was the reason but without understanding my situation, they made it clear that I have to pay. Of course, charged me. I was shocked but never argued paid as per their request. Upon my departure I hanged my coat in one of their hangers. My intention was not to take it but didn’t want to wear the coat till my taxi arrives, so while I was leaving they approached me like I was a thief who took diamond. I said for God’s sake I don’t want your hanger I just wanted to wear my coat when I leave. That was indeed an unpleasant experience thinking that I would be a thief for a hanger which costs nothing more than 5 baht.Final wordOverall I loved my stay regardless of all the negative points. Next time in case I book the hotel again I will make sure to book without breakfast. I wish the management takes care of the cleaning part because the place is so beautiful but with the present standard of cleaning within few years the hotel will look horrible. Otherwise it is a place to be due to its location and the facilities that are available...

This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a vibrant, soul-warming experience that blends modern luxury with the heart of Thai hospitality. Nestled in the electric pulse of Central Pattaya, yet somehow a serene escape, this place is pure magic.|The rooms? Oh, they’re like stepping into a chic, seaside loft—spacious, spotless, and decked out with everything you need (kitchenette, washer/dryer, balcony with that sea view). Waking up to the sunrise sparkling over the Gulf of Thailand from our 20th-floor suite felt like a private show from nature. The beds are cloud-comfy, and the little touches—like a fully stocked fridge and sleek coffee machine—made it feel like home, but way fancier.|The rooftop infinity pool is the crown jewel. Picture this: floating in crystal water, cocktail in hand, with Pattaya’s skyline and ocean stretching endlessly before you. It’s Instagram-worthy but better in person—sunset here is a moment you’ll replay in your head for years. The on-site water park had our kids squealing with joy (pirate slides for the win!), while the gym and lush garden kept us grown-ups happy. The breakfast buffet at Sea & Serve was a daily adventure—fresh tropical fruits, fluffy pancakes, and Thai specialties that danced on the tastebuds. Pro tip: try the mango sticky rice!|But the real stars? The staff. They’re not just good—they’re family. Peera at the front concierge's greeted us like long-lost friends, sorting our early check-in with a grin. Looknam and KK magically arranged a last-minute tour to Koh Larn, while Song (concierge extraordinaire) shared local tips that led us to hidden gem eateries. Housekeeping, led by angels like Nit, kept our room pristine. These folks don’t just work here; they pour their hearts into making your stay unforgettable.|Location-wise, you’re spoiled. Steps from Pattaya Beach, Central Festival Mall, and the buzzing nightlife, yet the hotel feels like a calm oasis amid the city’s energy. Free parking and WiFi that actually works sealed the deal. We’ve stayed in 5-star spots worldwide, but Somerset Pattaya stands out for its soul—every detail screams care and quality.|If you’re debating where to stay in Pattaya, stop. Book here. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a love letter to travel, written by a team that makes you feel like royalty. We’re already counting down to...
Read moreWe visited this hotel as the last stay before going back home and we had a great stay. The hotel is new, quite luxurious and rooms are spacious with excellent beds. Pillows, however, could be better. We had a sea view although it was in second row. But sea view nonetheless. There was a seating area and a small balcony. As mentioned, the room was large enough for suitcases and still we were able to move around an enjoy the sofa. Bathroom had all amenities and shower was quite powerful. The hotel lobby is very beautiful and lots of sodas and chairs to enjoy the surroundings. Complimentary juice and water was a nice touch. They have a children’s playroom on second floor and on the 24th floor there is a children’s waterpark with a water slide and a pirate ship. Not much but it does make the hotel suitable for kids. On 23rd floor they have the pool with sea view and a pool bar that isn’t actually a bar as they call the rooftop bar to deliver the drinks. Sun beds are placed in the pool. All in all a great hotel. We would usually stay at Hilton across the street which has the best sea view and even more luxury but as our rooms were occupied we decided to try Somerset Pattaya. And we will be back to this hotel, primarily because of the performance of the staff: front desk staff was very friendly, polite and welcoming and the maid, Da, on 16tg floor was always smiling and willing to help with any needs to the room. And the bell boy team was always greets, assisting us when needed, talkative and made us feel great when leaving the hotel and coming back to the hotel. Especially Mr. M deserves a big credit in our decision to rate this hotel with 5 stars and wanting to come back next time! Thanks to all the staff and special shoutouts to Mr M and Da...
