Very bad costumer Service, they Not even Care If a costumer has anything to complain!

About what i complain? Your Arrogance Your Ignorrance Your Food

You even showed everybody with your answer how you handle complains of your customer. You Just blame the customers and Not even think about that your Stuff Made a mistake!

Yes my Girlfriend ordered spicy Food but that dont give your Cook the Green light to try to Bring Her into the Hospital. My Girlfriend is Thai and she eats all day Spicy Food and If she can Not eat your Food then your Food was Just uneatable and your Cook Just overdosed it!!! But you still ignore our complains!!

A owner who really would Care about customers would handle complains serious and would Not ignore them!

I even told you to try the Food By yourself or your Cook but why Nobody did this??

You argueing with customers about a 160 Baht dish?? You really should think about this!

We will never come Back to your Restaurant and will not recommend your Business and that just because of your arrogance...

I ate at the restaurant, did not stay at the hotel.

The food was good but not great, and it lacked a little bit to reach 5 stars.

The lamb rack was good and very tender, but the gravy was bland.

The yam tale was also good but a little bit on the sweet side and not in the perfect sweet-sour-salty balance that Thai food is so well known for.

Another example of the little bits that lacked to make it a 5 start experience, I ordered the hot lava cake with coconut ice cream. It turns out that they were out of the coconut ice cream, and the hot lave cake was served cold.

It still tasted good though.

The espresso was of better than average quality and the location is great just on soi buakhao, perfect to watch people passing by and the normal semi chaos in the traffic.

This restaurant have the possibility to be one of the best middle segment in the soi buakhao area, just a few bits here and there...

I have been many times and written a review previously. I thought I'd write another review because the staff had changed. Now I'm not knocking the old staff (I didn't before) but I think they've got it right with the new staff although young were very good. I had full English breakfast and I asked for the bacon and sausage well done, I do this everywhere but it never seems to happen. This is the first time out of more than 100 breakfasts in Pattaya they've actually got it right, it was perfect so a very well done to the staff. I believe this place for some reason got some very unfair reviews but it looks like the management have taken it onboard. If you doubted it before go back it is much better from the food to the staff. ||Only downside was walking a kilometre in this ridiculous heat (40c) and sitting there trying to cool down.
