Aiyara House — Hotel in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya City Municipality

Large rooms with large, comfy beds, and both the room and sheets were very clean. The bathroom could have done with a renovation, but the main room was in decent condition. The AC was really powerful.||||There were some nice touches - fridge in room with free bottled water, and each room has a small outdoor seating area.||||There were a few slightly annoying things - such as there being no power outlets in the room, so I had to sit in the lobby to charge my laptop and phone, plus there were a few small rips in the mosquito net in the bedroom (which I fixed with tape), and no net in the bathroom, so you have to keep the bathroon door shut and remain vigilant while you shower.||||Other miscellaneous things:||There are TVs in the room (but no English channels; barely any channels at all, as I remember).||Wifi is available in the lobby/restaurant area, where they serve nice iced coffees. I don't remember if it was available in the room or not.||Coffee is supposed to be available in the mornings (for the guests to help themselves) but it seemed to be there some morning and some not, and the signage was confusing about whether it was included or cost extra.||||I paid 500B a night, single occupancy. What a lovely place! Best place, value-wise. It is clean, tidy, and well thought-out. A little nitpicking would be that the toilet, the shower, and the sink are all in one, long room. So when you shower, you will splash water all over everything else. But the low price per night entirely makes up for that. The hotel commissioned breakfasts to a restaurant that is next to it and we have our breakfasts there and it was amazing. Boiled rice seasoned to perfection and toasts that were perfectly cooked and about an inch thick! You can even ask them how to cook your eggs, down to the ingredients, and there's ice cream too. On top of all that, the breakfast came included with the stay! Not to mention all the foods, markets, massage places and a 7-11 all within five minutes walk from the hotel!
