Phuket Sea Resort SHA Extra Plus — Hotel in Rawai

The location is great,the swimming pool very big (there are 2 swimming pool)and a beautiful garden. The bar is not as can look by the picture in internet,is very old ...with old chairs outside(better don t show it until decide to open a new bar with lights,bottles,colours,good music and bar counter and chairs renovared😉).The rooms are ok but not perfect,it needs of a really wardrobe cabinet where to hang up the clothes.. The management is new here and we can understand it needs also time for fix and solve many pbls..😉.It happen many times that if you don t ask to the reception to clean, also a little,your room..nobody come and if a customer ask for one towel more for the room must be flexible, because the policy of the hotel can not be totally closed mind with the customers,because every customers has his personal needs and if the hotel satisfy the best as can ..the request of the customer,after the hotel has more probability that the next time the customer come back! The breakfast is very basically the coffee not a really coffee,the dishes always cold..and every day the same.....like rice with something that look already like overcooked.. ,no cheese,only toasted bread,vegetables served on a plate and not on a bowl,no vinegar,no olive oil... In the end..the plates to use for take the food,are the most broken or..chipped and never change with new plates..In conclusion I can say the hotel needs improvement and more flexible ideas and mentality for satisfy the customers.i recommend this hotel,but don t expect that the breakfast is very good level...Also if the management maybe can change in the future😉this doesn't t mean that can not improve many things ,also without spend too much money..,many times are the small details that make the difference,...in...

The pool access room is big with great fridge, 2 air-conditioning and TV with many channels. Pool area and room clean with a great location. The worst starts with checking in, when booking was told to pay at the hotel but guess what they only take cash so enjoyed walking 500m+ to find the atm. The door to our room impossible to open from the Inside , constantly walking around the side to open. The Bed is hard with 1 flat pillow and the bed head in our room was against the same wall as the room next door so had to put a pillow there when we had our nightly exercise . Bad shower with no curtain so water all over the floor, also no fan/vent so when I dropped a spicey thai package in the toilet everyone got to enjoy the atmosphere. The worst buffet breakfast I have ever seen, what little food that was there not heated and your plate only big enough to hold a piece of toast. Pool is warm and opening your eyes under water will probably burn your retinas off. The room service looks good if only we had a phone in our room to order it. The photo of the bar area must be 20 years old which if not even open, I think they park their bikes in the pool table area. The safe is small and not even bolted down anyone can just walk out with it. This place probably 1 star but location 5. More at youtube channel...

Old, flithy and staff let run down. Don't trust what services they say they provide, no restaurant for buffet breakfast, tables were abandoned. They say many food places around which is true and ok, but don't advertise you have. Just lying and scam.Airport services are just them booking taxi.Airport pick-up, airport drop-off, airport shuttle service NO. Just taxi.Room was terrible,we booked king bed just got two singles mattresses pushed together on king base. There was dried blood on floor next to bed and white stains on other side. Towels looked 20 years old. AC only turned off if you scheduled it to or are tall enough to push button. Bathroom was dated but ok. Hot water never got hot, just warm. They put up silver black-out material on curtains to stop the outside lights coming in but made you feel like you were in a garage, only privacy if you shut full curtains because you could see right in. But they never shut properly, so with light off or light on, people could easily look in.There was no phone in the room, so I had to call the main number with a cellphone or walk to the front desk.This is an expensive backpackers place that in the 80's was a resort. Been let to rot away while saying many lies....
