a little gem in the heart of Rawai, unpretentious old timer pub style, but the moment you step in, keen eyes will remark this place is well managed, the staff is pro and efficient. they have a gourmet menu (foie gras, pâté, oyesters...ect) and epicurian wine list (lot of grand cru) at very, very affordable price to the point where we can back the day after to double check whether they had not made a mistake and forget to charge something. 180e from the fancy overpriced "cuisime moderne" superficial place. You can come directly from the beach, and have the time of your life, with real people and local entrepreneurs having fun. we had an amazing time and will make sure to come back time and again when we visit...

We had the pleasure of dining at Viking Bar Restaurant at Rawai Beach and was thoroughly impressed. The warm and inviting ambiance combined with the delectable Belgian cuisine created a memorable experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with impeccable service that added to the overall enjoyment. Place is spot on!

Got the tempura shrimp and they were juicy and came with a tasty tartare sauce.

Didn’t get any beers but the menu is plentiful and you will lots of options for international beer and Belgian.

Toilets also very clean and had little hand towels to dry your hands rather than paper towels- really well done.

Little bit more on the pricy side but it’s by the sea and food quality is high so get what you pay for.

Highly recommend for a tasty meal...
