If you love food, drinks, ocean views and sunsets you will fall for Salaloy. We asked a local to reccomend us a restaurant in the area and he directed us here. We were immediately taken at first sight: uninterrupted ocean views, shade and a lovely breeze blowing in our faces. We ordered soft shell crab (180 baht), fried squid tentacles (120 baht), a spicy papaya salad (80 baht) and some rice. The service was ridiculously good, almost too good considering how cheap the food is. As soon as the meals hit the table we knew we were in for a treat, it smelled fantastic and it tasted even better. Fresh seafood, well seasoned and well cooked. Top notch. My favorite restaurant in phuket. I have been over 6 times and the food was always incredible

I highly recommend the deep fried silago fish with tumeric, deep fried squid tentacles with garlic, Any papaya salad, fish in curry sauce, and the different crabs. The fried rice and pad Thai are slightly underwhelming, and I didn't like the grilled whole fish with salt.

The seating is right on the ocean, while the restaurant is across the street so the waiter has to cross the road to bring you your food (I thought it was hilarious.
