The best stay I had so far out of all my Bangkok trips! The building is relatively new with a slight and thoughtful modern design with some helpful little details throughout the premises! They also include 2 lavatories in the lobby, a common area with basic kitchen utensils, sink, seating spaces indoor and outdoor, and a pool table! All are kept in sparkling clean condition all the times though being a shared space! Staffs are very nice, helpful and polite; I feel like they always carry a smile on their faces and just genuinely willing to answer your questions or chit chat with you, very prompt in responding to your request as well! Rooms for the prices they offer are reasonable! Basic amenities are well provided (toothbrush, hand soaps, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, kettle, cup, bottle of water). Room condition is very new and clean, lighting gives us that ambient relaxing feeling (not too harsh not too dim), huge TV and a powerful aircond inside! The family room we stayed has a huge window that spans half the room, curtain is double layer so no worries about the hot afternoons. Location is the key! You're 1 mins (maybe even 30s) walk from Hua Lamphong MRT station, 10 mins walk to Chinatown, 3-4 7/11s around with many local food stalls, one transit only to Siam, direct train to Terminal 21 (my personal best mall in Bangkok), also one transit only to Airport Rail Link(change train at station Phetchaburi MRT/Makkasan ARL). Overall would strongly recommend and for sure come back for my future...

The location: Great and central location, specially if you want to stay close to Chinatown. It's in a quiet street far away from all the noise. 2 min walking and you have great street food, café, 7-eleven and the BTS train. Walk 10 min and you are in the middle of Chinatown.
The rooms and amenities: We stayed in a double room. Great comfortable bed, lots of space and top notch silent A/C. I had to work from the bedroom a couple of times, and it was very comfortable to use the desk. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. You get fresh water bottles and coffee packs every morning. Everything is super clean and with close attention to detail.
Price / Quality The price quality ratio is very fair. Hard to beat. After days of research we found out that this was the best deal.
The staff and the host Lili's team is such a friendly and helpful bunch of people. We always felt welcome, cared for. It feels good to be in a place where people are truly interested in your comfort and happiness.
Lili if you are reading this, thank you so so much for all the good times, the conversations and food tips! We...
Read moreThis hotel is literally a stone's throw away from Hua Lamphong MRT station, thus it was really convenient to travel around Bangkok with this hotel as your base. It's also just 5-15 mins walk away from Chinatown (Yaowarat), so food is never a problem. You get the convenience of being close to chinatown, without the hustle and bustle associated with it, so you can sleep peacefully. Beds were amazingly comfortable and the room was clean. Rooms are also spacious and had basic commodities like mini fridge, water heater, safebox, etc. The staff were also able to speak English so it's easy to communicate. They also offer luggage storage for 80 baht per day per luggage, with the first day for free.
Cons: TV had netflix on our first day but on the succeeding days, they revoked it or something. Well at least it was a smart TV so you can watch youtube with it. Other hotels in Bangkok only have thai channels in them. They also didn't allow us to check in earlier: We arrived at 11am, left our luggage and went out to eat lunch. We came back by 1:40pm and we were still not allowed to check...
