Pure Phuket Residence Hotel — Hotel in Talat Nuea

Old, but clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Big parking lot. We needed stay in Phuket Town for a night and looked for a budget place that has parking for a car. Pure Residence is one of the few budget hotels in this area with a large carpark. The location is not bad, about a 10-minute walk to the centre of town and close enough to the bypass road to avoid the crazy traffic in town.

The hotel rooms are still in relatively good shape for their age, rooms are basic but seem to have been upgraded recently, particularly the bathrooms. We found the beds to be surprisingly comfortable. The location is next to what looks like an abandoned market, and a massage parlour that likely offers more than just a therapeutic Thai massage. I didn't see many restaurants around the hotel, but as mentioned earlier. It's a short walk to the centre of town

I'm not a fan of Phuket Town, but would stay at Pure Residence again if I have to stay in...

Very popular place so it was only possible to get a 3 night stay here otherwise I would have happily stayed for the duration of my time in Phuket.

Friendly welcome upon arrival.

Rooms are spacious, bright and very clean. TV, AC and fridge with complimentary bottles of water daily. Shower had good pressure and hot water which was appreciated. Rooms cleaned daily if desired.

Location for me was good as there was plenty of local restaurants nearby and the area wasn't noisy so good sleep quality.

Plenty of parking.

Incredible value; was staying here for a week at a great price compared to other places. Very polite and friendly staff. Two big bottles of drinking water every day. Frequent room cleaning. Everything clean and smells good. Slumberland cafe just downstairs for coffee, food, and work. Also a 24/7 working area with fast 150Mbit+ wifi downstairs in the lobby. In the room the wifi was slower at around 10-20Mbit/s. A huge park across the road, I jogged every morning. Short walk to town center and not far from Central Festival. Was staying in room 407 in Pure Mansion, it was a huge twin-bed...
