Sound Gallery House — Local services in Talat Nuea

Purchased a DXS15 Subwoofer to be used in my small bar. Purchased from them as they were nice to deal with and were very attentive when I was there on a couple occasions. I was guaranteed that they would cover this item in their store for 1 year and that Yamaha had a 7 year warantee on their products. With a name like Yamaha and this warantee I purchased feeling confident that it was going to be a good product. They only had the floor model and assured me that it was perfectly fine...

It was operational for less than 2 months and the Amplifier was showing protection light. Took it into Sound Gallery and they said no problem they would get right on it. 2 weeks later we had not received any follow up so we called them. They then informaled us that it would have to be sent away to be fixed. That it would take 3 months. Unhappy, but it was going to be fixed!!! 4 months pass and no word from them, so we call them and they have not a clue what we are talking about. After some research they find my item and proceed to tell me that it hadn’t even been shipped for repair yet.

Went to their store to get my speaker yesterday and they said that they could not give it to me as it was dismantled, and the service technician was out of the office... today they delivered it to me, and there are only 4 screws holding on the grill... makes me now wonder what else was lost after being dismantled for 4 months.

Customer service and performance after the sale are terrible here. They suggested that I just purchase a new one and they would give me 15% off the already way over inflated price they have on things...

Not amused and will never be doing business with Sound...

Not one for the wild tourist crowds of Patong or other nearby beaches, I was pleased to find a boutique type hotel within 10km of popular Phuket sites that was so beautiful. ||The gorgeous building aside, it is surrounded by lush tropical gardens that are so serene to sit in and pass the time. By night, the garden is lit up with warm colour and I found myself sitting in the gardens most evenings passing the time with my kindle.||The rooms are spacious and comfortable with the air conditioning a welcome reprieve from the typical Thailand humidity and heat. Staff here go above and beyond for their patrons and I can’t recommend a better service I have experienced in all of South East Asia. ||While a new hotel in the area, the old charm of the building and its tasteful decor reveal a wonderful musical aesthetic that is a pleasure to indulge in. In the afternoons you can hear the sound of the piano in the foyer being played by local talents, adding to the class of this establishment.||I will 100% be coming back to experience this wonder again and look forward to seeing how this wonderful hotel progresses in the months and...
