Casa Luna — Hotel in Thung Phaya Thai Subdistrict

We recently spent a few nights at Casa Luna during our stay in Bangkok and were absolutely delighted. This boutique hotel is a peaceful oasis in a central location close to public transport, restaurants, and major sights, yet wonderfully quiet and tucked away from the noise of the city.

The rooms are beautifully maintained, clean, and furnished with great attention to comfort and detail. They have a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

What sets Casa Luna apart is the truly personal and caring atmosphere. The hotel feels family-like in every sense. The host Pong is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making her guests feel comfortable. She’s always happy to provide thoughtful recommendations for exploring Bangkok and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Breakfast is small but fresh, high-quality, and perfect to start the day in a relaxed way.

Absolutely loved our stay here! It honestly was more like a cozy bed & breakfast than a hostel - guests have a secure private room with a toilet and shower. Super clean and quiet, washers and dryers for laundry, and complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was all homemade and included lots of local ingredients and dishes, you have to try the pandan custard! We also loved that it was tucked away in a nice residential area so you could easily walk to tons of malls, restaurants, and spas.

The manager, Pong, is so sweet, checking in with us, offering recommendations, and even arranging for a private taxi pick-up to take us all the way to pattaya. She even reached out while we were in the taxi to make sure everything was still going smoothly! Additionally, the owner was super responsive during the entire booking process and clearly had good communication with his staff as Pong already knew who we were as soon as she saw us.

We traveled as a company of four and the room we booked was spacious with comfortable single beds and Aircon and private bathroom.|Room was clean and decorated in a stylish way ( as the hole house).|Due to relatively small size of the house it was quiet and cosy.|The room had little area with small table, fridge, safe and coffee station. |Breakfast were delicious with simple yet fresh food combinations.|Location wise it was walkable distance from MBK and area has several good massage parlours and street food at night time. |Pong (the host) was very welcoming, she recommended us couple of places for night out as well as helped to organise the transportation for day trip outside Bangkok.|Overall a pleasant stay.|Best of luck for Pong & team...
