The hotel in question is truly exceptional. From its prime location to the abundance of local amenities, there are many reasons why it is a top choice for travelers.First and foremost, the hotel's location is simply unbeatable. Situated near a BTS station, visitors have access to convenient transportation options to explore the city with ease. Whether you're looking to visit the iconic landmarks and tourist attractions or simply want to experience the local culture, the hotel's location puts you in the heart of it all.One of the biggest draws of the hotel's location is the abundance of food options nearby. As the sun sets, countless food vendors line the streets, offering an array of delicious and authentic Thai cuisine. From savory noodle dishes and mouth-watering curries to sweet treats like mango sticky rice, there's something to satisfy every craving. And with the hotel just a stone's throw away, it's easy to indulge in a night of culinary exploration without having to venture too far from your accommodations. In addition to the street food scene, there's also a 7-Eleven conveniently located nearby. This popular convenience store chain has become a staple in Thailand, offering everything from snacks and drinks to toiletries and basic groceries. With a 7-Eleven just steps away from the hotel, guests can easily stock up on any necessities they may need during their stay. But the hotel's appeal goes far beyond its location and nearby amenities. The accommodations themselves are truly top-notch. From the moment you step inside, you'll be struck by the hotel's modern and elegant aesthetic. The lobby is spacious and inviting, with plush seating and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The guest rooms are equally impressive. Each one is meticulously designed with comfort and style in mind, featuring plush bedding, sleek furnishings, and all the modern amenities you could ask for. Whether you're looking to catch up on work or unwind after a long day of sightseeing, the rooms provide the perfect balance of functionality and relaxation. But what really sets this hotel apart is its commitment to exceptional service. From the moment you check in, you'll be greeted with warm and friendly hospitality from a team of dedicated professionals. They go out of their way to ensure that every guest feels valued and taken care of, whether it's by providing insider tips on the best local attractions or simply by offering a friendly smile and a warm greeting as you come and go throughout the day.The hotel's commitment to service extends beyond the front desk as well. The housekeeping staff is meticulous in their attention to detail, ensuring that every room is spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout your stay. And if you have any special requests or needs, the staff is always happy to go above and beyond to accommodate you.Of course, no hotel experience would be complete without access to a range of amenities and services. And this hotel certainly doesn't disappoint in that regard. From a fully-equipped fitness center and swimming pool to a relaxing spa and sauna, there's plenty to keep guests entertained and relaxed...
Read moreI wish the hotel staff could be more professional. One of the staff members "Ray" was rude to my family.
At the check in day, our family had three people staying at the hotel and I am just the visiting guest (I am local so I don't stay) and she was already informed that there will be three people checking in. She got us the room with two twin beds without us knowing. When we were about to leave the counter and walked towards the elevator, she yelled at us from across the hallway "you have three people, you need to purchase for an extra bed".
Her voice was so loud and the tone was so condescending as if she thought we were trying to cheat and snug the third person in without paying. We agreed to get the extra bed and decided to pay at the time of check out.
The same night we called the front desk to ask for three sets of silverware to be delivered to the room. She answered the phone and she told me to get it downstairs at the front desk. (This is weird coz in any other hotel they would deliver them to the room). I came downstairs and told them that I called about the silverware. One of the staff members went to the silverware drawer and trying to get the silverware for me. Ray was looking at me and asked another staff member "what does he want?" with the same loud condescending tone and the unfriendly eye contact That makes me uneasy as if she was accusing me of stealing.
The second night, I and my family came back from outside and walked pass the front desk where Ray was stationing at the time. She yelled at us again "you need to pay for the extra bed"; out of nowhere with out any greetings with the same condescending tone. My mom asked how much and she told 900 baht total. I asked her that we decided to pay at the time of the check out, right? And she agreed.
AGAIN, THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AS IF SHE DIDN'T TRUST US.
Then I told her to speak nicely to the patrons and she replied even louder than before across the hallway with the same condescending and angrier tone "WHAT DID I DO WRONG? YOU TELL ME?" So I asked for the her manager's phone number and email to file a complaint on her. I also made the payment on the extra bed right away just to shut her up even though I am not the staying guest.
I have stayed in many hotels around the world. Even the small hotel with no stars, I have NEVER IN MY LIFE encountered any more ruder staff like Ray. This hotel receives 3 stars for a reason. Without Ray, it could be an easy 4.
Ray should be working somewhere else, not in the hotel industry. She would scare the hell out of many other customers staying...
Read moreExtremely bad experience with this hotel. Please be wary as valuable items were stolen and they donât even attend to you. And people who stayed in this hotel had their items stolen and checked out that day itself. Even when reported, the staffs including the manager were extremely rude. Oddly, the moment we went back up to check the item it was suddenly returned and placed nicely. Even the CCTVs there were dummy and refused to show any footages. The place is strictly controlled as itâs taken care by a âgroupâ and even making a police report wonât work. Hence, really urge to take photos of your belongings or anything possible (eg condition of the room and etc) just to keep as evidence. Wonât come back again for sure.
Update Due to technology advancement, CCTV footages can be amended and what you claimed couldn't match the trauma we had to face eventually. And since that happened days ago, why wasn't any CCTV footage shown when it was requested in that instance, when we discovered it being stolen. Hence, showing me a copy wouldn't make a difference now but I do appreciate the gesture.
''We want to emphasize that all CCTVs at the hotels are operational and our staffs are willing to provide assistance with cases like yours'' In response to this, your staffs on that situation did not help at all and only gave rude sarcastic remarks. Do review that CCTV footage on the way they were reacting while informing them about our missing item. And as customer service is concerned, I hope you observe the behaviour of staffs occasionally and not just in the presence where complaints were held. However, I do hope that in the future, such cases would no longer happen to any other visitors. I no longer wish to explain on my end and leave my experiences as a learning curve...
