Boom Boom — Restaurant in Thung Phaya Thai Subdistrict

We came here twice during our stay in Bangkok. We tried Phat Kaphrao (Holy Basil with Chicken, Rice and fried egg), green curry and Crispy Chicken Panaeng. All dishes were very delicious and prepared with love. The chef and waiter was extremely friendly and helpful in giving recommendations. I randomly discovered this little restaurant near my hostel in Bangkok, and it turned out to be amazing!

My first meal in Bangkok was their red curry, and my last meal before leaving was their green curry — both were absolutely delicious.

The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the menu seems to have a lot of variety.

Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely come back to try more...

We ate several times at boom boom. We always eat vegan. The food tastes very good. You can choose any dish you want - and you will get it with vegetables, tofu or eggs as you wish. We really adored the green and Penang curry with vegetables and tofu. The owner is very friendly and the prices are really good. The vegetables are fresh and tasty.
