Posting my Agoda review of our stay here last July 2023 “Green oasis inside the bustling city” Somewhat quiet, peaceful, and clean oasis in the city. A bit hard to find, even for Grab drivers since you pass through some small roads to get there. Commuting might also be a problem if you want to get around the city. The most convenient option for us was to book a Grab since train stations were not that close. Better if you have a car or are fine with booking rides.

Room was spacious, lots of cabinets, and wall sockets. Cleanliness was alright, fresh towels were given daily even if you dont ask, and room was cleaned. Room noise could be better. Sometimes you could hear if another room was noisy upstairs from their talking or heavy footsteps, or from the outside, since our room was facing the front/driveway side.

No safety deposit box in the room. Had a small fridge that worked fine. Security was okay, you had to scan a door to get access to the rooms and rooms also had cards or keys.

Prepare some cash because you need to deposit 500 baht, which we were not told beforehand, for the security deposit for the key card. You get it after check out, so do not lose your key and card. Good thing we had cash or else we might not have been able to check in.

Staff was always there at the lobby, although we did have an unpleasant experience with one of their staff with regards to borrowing a luggage scale. One staff already confirmed in the morning that we could borrow it before we checked out. By the time we were checking out, this other night shift staff did not know or did not bother finding out and had an attitude that gave us "couldn't be bothered to assist us" vibes and told us something along the lines of "I don't know...I have other things to do....". We just let it go and didn't bother that staff anymore.

Overall, without that encounter with the staff, and the deposit issue its an okay stay, but would look for another hotel closer to the trains purely for personal reasons (ie. commuting is cheaper...

If you’re intending to stay at this hotel, BRING YOUR OWN BED SHEET, MATTRESS COVER, PILLOW, PILLOW CASE and TOWELS. The hotel has a ridiculous set of rules, if you cause any stain or damage to the above items, you will be paying a fine. Please find the photos attached for the price of each item. The walls are paper thin, you can hear people conversing in the next room. Towards the end of our stay, we were packing our luggage, the hotel staff knocked our door and said we were being too loud. We were barely moving around or making noises. The staffs are very rude. If you’re Asian or person of color, the staffs will not pay heed to you. We did not ask for any services during our stay, we were our most of the time but during check in, the staffs spoke so nonchalantly as if they were doing us a favor and we weren’t paying to stay there. They asked for deposit of 500 baht which I did not hear properly, on asking to repeat, the staff said “Don’t worry, your 500 baht will not go anywhere”. If you’re white, you will notice the different in the way they act. They will not greet you or even look your way when you pass by. They were just very different to how Thai people are.The location is in a sketchy area. You’ve to go through some sketchy pavement to get there. Often the taxi drivers don’t get to the location. Don’t bother booking a room with balcony view, all you can see is skewers. The only best thing about this hotel was LEAVING. I was so relieved when I checked out. I wish I could rate it lower than 1 star,...

‘Best value for money hotel run by amazing people’ ➖ Not much. Maybe a small table and couple of chairs would be nice in the room. There is plenty of space. ➕ Well, I know that you guys are hesitating to book this hotel because it is new, it doesn’t have enough rating etc, etc, etc. Forget everything. Go for it! It is the best deal you will make in your life. You will not regret. First I need to start with staff. Thailand is known for their hospitality. Multiply it by 10 and add real honesty. Our kid had influenza with high fever during the entire stay and they did everything to make us comfortable. They brought ice all the time, arranged hospitals, etc. Regarding the facility, I’m sure you have checked the photos already. It is a new&modern building. Rooms are very basic but clean. Don’t expect much from the rooms. There is a bottle of water/day. We stayed in a 4 bunker room so entire rooms was just for us. Kids loved the concept of having private space after curtains are closed. Internet was slow at the rooms but much better in lobby. The last day it was ok at the rooms too. Because it is a new hotel, taxi/tuktuk drivers don’t know them well yet. It is little bit difficult for them to find the hotel. Use Grab.(Grab is Uber for Asia. You definitely must have it if you travel southeast Asia. I used it as in Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia without problem) There is a skytrain and airport train stop nearby (but it is difficult to walk with luggages)w

It was my first time in Bangkok and I'm absolutely glad I chose this hotel. It literally is an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. It's a little difficult to find at first, but when you do, you're really glad that you chose a place like this. It's bang in the middle of the shopping areas and markets. Not at all far from the metro and temples too. There were several times we chilled in the front garden by the waterfall and enjoyed the peace. The rooms are bright, colourful and spacious. Bed is huge, soft and comfortable. Showers are awesome too. Staff are really friendly and very helpful. Seems like it's a family business and they do a wonderful job. There are lots of options for breakfast and amazing Street and local food around. Just walk out of the hotel on the bazaar road and it's amazing. You will really enjoy your stay here. Trust me
