Nice place, right across the street from Sam Yot MRT station. I went to most places in bkk (markets, malls, food places) and the whole travel fees using MRT and BTS for 6 days trip is around 1200baht.
LOCATION: However there's a construction going on (all over the city) right in front of the hotel so it's a bit dusty when you walk by to get to the hotel. No construction at night so no noise, but very bad traffic noise especially on weekends - it'll be noisy up to 2-3am so light sleepers should not stay here, even with ear plugs it's horrible (all the tuktuks engine sounds are very annoying).
SERVICE: Great staff, even the housekeepers are super friendly, when we got there we were getting to our room and went pass a housekeeper tidying up another room and she said Hello, welcome to the hotel and enjoy your stay (in Thai). Superb service!
ROOM: Great value for price!!! I booked the double room, 1.1mil VND/ night (August 2025) for 5 nights and the room is spacious, has a space to open your luggage, floorspace is huge. I ended up staying at the hotel more than I expected and ordered food delivery from famous places so I don't have to queue. It's awesome!!! 2 big window panes so lots of light at days. My room (411) has a partial view of Ong Ang canal and the Chinatown gate (super pretty). Bed is enormous (it's 2 twin beds combined), comfy, but the pillow is too thick for me, I used the towels to roll up into a better pillow. Clean bed sheet, towel, etc. SUPER CLEAN FLOOR, they don't have any slippers but my feet are always clean so trust me, they wipe everything on that floor! Room make up available until 4:30pm everyday so they won't disturb you if you're napping at noon.
AMENITIES: Like other hotels in BKK, they don't provide toothbrush, there's shampoo and shower gel, shower cap, cotton bud, 2 towels, 2 face towels. The bathroom has heated mirror which is nice. Shower is great, good water pressure, hot water in 5secs all day.

Read moreThis hotel is a great find! Just opened recently, it already feels welcoming and has a modern aesthetic. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. After long days of walking around, we had a comfortable rest every night. The staff deserves a shoutout, they always greeted us with a friendly hello and were willing to help whenever we needed.
The location is perfect, right across from the Sam Yot MRT station, making it a breeze to hop on the train to explore. Considering the traffic during busy hours, having a station nearby is a significant advantage. Plus, Chinatown is just a short walk away if you want to explore. There's even a pier nearby if you're interested in boat rides.
If you have extra time, there’s Old Siam Plaza Mall just a quick walk away, which has some nice food options, though it’s not really a shopping destination. Just make sure not to go late at night, as they tend to close early.
We visited around Halloween, and the common area in the hotel was all decked out with festive decorations, which added a nice touch and made it look fun. They even had some games set up for guests to hang out and mingle.
From what we’ve heard, the hotel's building a restaurant area that will open sometime next year. Overall, it's a great spot with a good price. Definitely recommend...
