Arun Old Town Hostel — Hotel in Wat Arun Subdistrict

Do yourself a favor and stay here! You can expect to be helped with directions, navigating public transit, making sure your clothes are temple ready, and so much more. The wonderful staff spoke to my Grab drivers and helped me order food. The hostel attracted cool, friendly people and I had more than one memorable, impactful conversation during my stay. |The room and bathroom was impeccably clean. I had a very comfy night with the lovely AC unit in the dorm. |The rooftop lounge was so fun with a fabulous view of Wat Arun. It was a nice spot to have breakfast or just relax in the hammock.|The location was a much more local spot. I loved seeing the monks out strolling every morning. |The subway station is less than a block away and is the cleanest subway I have ever seen. The themed stations are so much fun. This place is all you need to make your Bangkok visit a superior exprience. The place is managed by two local young women that will make everything your visit enjoying- they will recommend you about the best places and running events, will arrange ticketing, tours, restuarents, transportaion .... ||We came for 3 days and we stayed 7 days.||The place is beautifully designed. An absolutely lovely hostel situated right near some of the best temples in Bangkok. The location is perfect because if you want to have a relaxing day sightseeing it's within walking distance and if you want to venture out further there are bus lines and a subway coming soon. The rooms were comfortable and the rooftop lounge was amazing to relax at the end of the day. The staff are super friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely stay here again next time...
