The owner of Shebakes in Bangkok constantly flouts on her social media account that she and the products she makes are "organic", "natural", "eco-friendly", "sustainable", "healthy", "fair-trade", and a plethora of other unverified adjectives - as there are virtually no regulations towards labeling products "organic", "healthy", "natural" etc. in Thailand.
In addition, the owner of Shebakes in Bangkok supports animal abuse. Several times, customers have contacted her about the "organic eggs", white chocolate and other dairy products that she uses which are all sourced from places following unethical and abusive practices.
After the owner of Shebakes in Bangkok was informed of this, she continues to go out of her way to support animal abuse and goes out of her way to support "organic" egg farms and "organic" factory farms, which all do these practices.
Customers have commented on her social media for months about the egg industry and dairy industry, as well as telling her about the food production documentary Dominion. The owner of Shebakes deletes and blocks the many comments about this and responds unprofessionally to customer concerns, blocking every comment and account, including polite ones, about her usage of unethically sourced ingredients and animal abuse. The owner of Shebakes exhibits extremely unprofessional behavior, always deleting and blocking every comment with a customer concern, especially ones that inquire about the ethics and facts about the egg industry and dairy industry which she sources her ingredients from.
This behavior is very bad PR for a "business". Her suspicious and cagey behavior, coupled with her avoidance of facts, demonstrates nonexistent business ethics and a steadfast denial of the realities of the egg industry and dairy industry. Instead of appropriately responding to customers' concerns in a professional manner, Shebakes rudely and callously disregards customers, and blocks and deletes everyone who questions the false "I am a moral and ethical business owner" narrative she uses to market her business. The owner of Shebakes also deletes the many negative reviews of her business every time she has an unhappy customer to make it seem like she has 5 stars, when the reality is that she deletes all negative and critical reviews of her product. If you are looking for a moral and ethical business to buy from, Shebakes in...

We traveled about an hour away to come here later to find out it was closed, not by any sign on your store, but calling the contact number for the restaurant and finding out it was closed that way. Wasted a lot of time and money doing this. Hope you take this in and learn, so that your company...
