Highly recommended! If it’s available for your dates and you are three or more persons, don’t hesitate to book it! Amazing sunset view from the terrace! Spacious three bedrooms, of which one bed room has ac and the other two have fans. The living room has ac also. It has excellent WiFi, working washing machine, places to hang clothes, well equipped kitchen, Netflix with account, decent bathroom. The end of the alley where the apartment is, is itself a tourist attraction with the beautiful white and blue colours. S3 apartment is one of the best choice for the family. 3 bedroom with one toilet and nice roof top space. Nice kitchen with all the needful equipment's.

Easy to find the location. Just next to the famous cafe corners SIDI BU SAID. Always busy area with lot of shops around.

Front of the apartment also next to each side nice café corner and money exchange, little gift shops all over the place.

Old House museum just 2 minits walk. Cafe Delius just 10 mints walk with great view.

Was kann man alles bewerten?

Check-In: easy & professionell Parksituation: mit vorheriger Kommunikation für die Verhältnisse, die dieser Ort bietet: ANGENEHM!

Wohnung: PERFEKT! Sauber, modern eingerichtet, alles essenzielle drin, bequeme Schlafsituation, RUHIG! keine Störgeräusche, alles funktioniert und ist auf dem neusten Standard! Premium Dusche, IP-TV mit allen Sendern der Welt, Klimaanlage, Heizung etc.

Lage: gut gelegen. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone des Ortes, aber nicht weit vom nächstgelegenen Parkplatz. Ruhig abgeschottet vom Troubel mit einer TOP Dachterrasse, die einen wundervollen Ausblick ermöglicht.

Verpflegung: ist leider nicht mit drin 😅 aber wer hier kochen möchte, hat sogar Zugriff auf Gewürze und wird nichts in der gut ausgestatteten Küche vermissen. Der Gasherd sorgt für ein angenehmes Kocherlebnis und die Siebträgermaschine lässt jeden Kaffee zum Highlight werden.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wird mich definitiv nochmal darüber nachdenken lassen, demnächst hier wieder einzukehren. Ich freue mich jetzt schon drauf und kann es wirklich nur jedem empfehlen nicht weiter zu zögern. Enttäuscht wird man...
