First of all .. all staff the front line like Ms. Sahar she was very professional and friendly along with her colleagues and other teams like bellboy and housekeeping staff and restaurant staff they are all very helpful and their courtesy is great. They always smile and provide any kind of support you need. The room very clean and cozy. The balcony is a very good one for smokers or if you want enjoy your coffee in morning. The area is very safe and quite and all services your just next to the hotel such as 3 groceries, local coffee and Shai, restaurants, main shopping street. I have a very good staying and experience. When you order taxi to reach interested places and malls, they are very close and won't charge you a lot when requested taxi or Uber. I love ❤️ the hotel and definitely I will back again. I am an airliner and I have been to many 5 star hotels, but this hotel is really deserve 6 star hotels if you want a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Ms. Sahar. The Moonlight Elegance Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel and staff are simply wonderful—everyone is kind, welcoming, and eager to help. It’s the best hospitality I’ve experienced in Istanbul, and their proficiency in English, which is rare in the city, made my stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to the lovely lady working at the hotel and the adorable little boy who assists around—they added a personal touch to my experience. The rooms are impeccably clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The housekeeping staff are also incredibly friendly and speak English as well.
