Review:|We’ve been vacationing in Bodrum every summer since 1999, and this is by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We stayed at Mia Hill Suites Bodrum from July 22 2025, in a family room with breakfast included. We chose it for its central location near Kumbahce, but it was a huge mistake.| • The hotel is extremely run-down and clearly neglected. The online photos are completely misleading and do not reflect the current condition of the property.| • There is no proper cleaning service – housekeeping is only done if you specifically request it. Despite our repeated requests, our room was never cleaned even after 5 days.| • The TV was broken for the first 2-3 days. They said it was fixed, but we could only access one channel. Reception kept making excuses (broken remote, new TV, staff didn’t know how to fix it, etc.).| • Staff were unprofessional and uninterested. They always say “Yes, we’ll take care of it” but nothing ever gets done. Most of the time, they were walking around smoking and not doing their jobs.| • Breakfast was absolutely awful: stale bread, dry mini simit pieces, a few sad-looking olives, tasteless cheese, and soggy cucumbers and tomatoes that looked like leftovers from the night before.| • Dishes, cups, and cutlery were mismatched and looked dirty or reused.| • Towels we requested were stained.||We even tried to find another hotel on the first day, but due to peak season, everywhere was fully booked. My Review for Mia Hill Suites Hotel, Bodrum I absolutely loved the location of Mia Hill Suites Hotel and enjoyed my trip there. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of the family. The breakfast had a breathtaking view, and the breakfast room was spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious!

The room service was excellent, and the room itself was very clean. The staff were responsive, and the manager,HAKIM , was particularly kind and attentive. He spoke English, which made communication easy and ensured that my requests were met.

The safety measures were top-notch, and my room had the best view. I enjoyed my time there immensely; even at night, there was no noise or disturbance. Outside, in the seating area, there were games available for socializing, which added to the fun.

One of the hotel’s highlights is its private beach area, complete with a setup of chairs and umbrellas for guest service, which was simply fantastic. They also had a small setup for drinks and chips, allowing you to purchase refreshments conveniently.

However, I did experience low Wi-Fi signals in my room, and I noticed that a full-view mirror was missing. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience at Mia Hill Suites Hotel was excellent, and I highly recommend it for anyone...

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Bodrum. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the city center, restaurants, shops, and the marina, yet still quiet enough at night for a good rest. The hotel offers incredible value for money. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

What really stood out was the hotel staff and management. They were incredibly helpful with everything I needed locally—whether it was directions, recommendations, or booking activities. Their kindness and professionalism made a wonderful impression and truly enhanced my stay.
