Gulet Otel — Hotel in Bodrum

This hotel is quite literally on the sea shore! |It has beautiful and incredible views of the sea, filled with fishing, motor cruisers, gulets, yachts and pleasure boats, so much to watch as the busy life goes on outside this busy little area. The room was however nice and quiet.|The rooms are very clean and well appointed, we enjoyed a stunning sea and castle view from our lovely little balcony! Such a wonderful place to sit and watch the sun go down behind Bodrum castle! and then watch the lights twinkle around the harbour.|The bathrooms are large, with fantastic showers and nice toiletries. The towels are so soft and just like new!|Breakfast is a lovely Turkish buffet with the possibility of wonderful tasty omlette's at a small additional cost. It would be wrong to suggest that this is a gourmet meal but it's delicious and very Turkish! This is served in a delightful large and sunny balcony restaurant overlooking the bay and castle. |The staff are very accommodating and extremely happy to help, offering expert service and guidance about this lovely bustling area of Bodrum.|They are happy to organise restaurants, taxi's etc. and are happy and kind|There is a host of restaurants, bars, shops, and other facilities on the door step of this hotel. |A really good hotel which is highly recommended for service, location...

Apenas a localização do hotel agradou, pois é o inicio do grande calçadão de Bodrum, nas costas da discoteca Halikarnassos, ademais da vista linda para o Castelo(Fortaleza) de São Pedro, atual Museu Arqueológico Submarino de Bodrum.||O quarto é muito pequeno para acomodar três pessoas, destacando-se que quando chegamos o aparelho de ar condicionado estava completamente cheio de poeira, desagradando-nos.||Para piorar, o funcionário encaminhado para o quarto, o qual sequer falava ou entendia uma palavra em inglês, o que não se espera de um estabelecimento hoteleiro, sobretudo Bodrum, costa litorânea do Mar Egeu da Turquia bastante visitado, subiu em uma das cômodas e ao limpar o aparelho, deixou a poeira grossa cair sobre uma das camas, o que foi retirado por nós.||A porta do banheiro não possui tranca, sendo de vidro, de forma que se deve ter muitíssima intimidade ao dividir o quarto com alguém.||A cama é péssima e estreita, deixando-me com imensas dores nas costas durante toda a estada.||O staff do hotel não teve qualquer interesse em saber de nossos interesses ou planejamento de atividades para os hóspedes, o que é incomum.||Maior parte dos funcionários que não sabia falar inglês, dificultando muito a comunicação, mostrando verdadeiro descaso e contrariedade em atender a simples pedidos, como, por exemplo, auxílio a acesso a internet via Wi-fi.||Café da manhã muito fraco e ainda por cima estipulando valores à parte para fazer omeletes, ovos mexidos, o que não aconteceu em nenhum outro hotel, tanto que o dispensamos nos demais dias.||E por fim, o hotel não honra com a política do Booking.com, através do qual fizemos reserva, ao conservar o valor da hospedagem na moeda oficial ostentada pelo hotel, qual seja, o euro, de maneira que ao pagarmos em turcas liras, em nossos cartões de débito, houve o acréscimo não previsto no orçamento destinado para os hotéis de nossa viagem, informando que não havia máquina para passar o valor em euro.||Não voltaria com certeza para o hotel, desaconselhando a sua hospedagem, apesar da...
