Disappointing Service and Unpleasant Experience

I recently had the opportunity to visit a restaurant, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. I would like to share my thoughts on the matter to help others make informed decisions.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a rather unwelcoming atmosphere. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and lacked the warmth and friendliness that one would expect in a dining establishment. Their overall demeanor was quite unsympathetic, which set a negative tone for the entire evening.

To our surprise, when we placed our order for pasta dishes, the waitstaff attempted to persuade us to opt for more expensive menu items. Despite our explicit request for pasta, they continuously pushed higher-priced options. It was disheartening to witness their blatant disregard for our preferences and their attempt to upsell unnecessarily.

The situation worsened when we finally received our pasta dishes. Not only did they fail to meet our expectations in terms of taste and quality, but they also resulted in severe stomach discomfort. It became evident that the food preparation and ingredient selection were subpar, as we experienced significant post-meal discomfort and stomach pain. This was a distressing and uncomfortable experience that left us quite dissatisfied.

Furthermore, as if the aforementioned issues weren't enough, we overheard the waitstaff gossiping and making derogatory comments about our party. Their unprofessional behavior extended beyond their duties as servers, and they made us feel humiliated and ridiculed. It is unacceptable for any establishment to allow such behavior from their staff.

Overall, my experience at this restaurant was deeply disappointing. The unsympathetic and pushy waitstaff, combined with the unpleasant taste of the pasta and subsequent stomach issues, left a lasting negative impression. Completely dissapointed!! If you can give less than one star, I would use it. Worst service ever. Tapas are for a baby of 1 year. We ordered 4 tapas, waiter forgot 2 of them. We ordered red wine they brought white wine. They didn’t bring anything to eat with the tapas (bread, tortilla, croutons) and we were waiting for more than 1hour, it took them a lot of time to cut 2 pieces of pineapple and 15gr of pork . we ask them twice about the other 2 missing tapas. Waiter said it was coming. It Never came, we order the bill and they said they have sent the 4th tapa and charged for it, 200tl . Completely miscommunication between their waiters and chef. Overpriced, food has nothing to be with spanish food, not even waiters speak spanish.
