I want to sincerely thank the entire staff of Hotel Bona Sera. Everyone is incredibly kind, warm-hearted, and always ready to help — I truly have no words for how wonderful they are.

The women working at the hotel take care of everything with great dedication and attention. They clean the rooms, prepare the food, and maintain the hotel with love and care. Everything is spotless, fresh, and beautifully kept. They deserve the highest respect! 👏

My greatest gratitude goes to the night shift, especially to a gentleman named Burhan. He is truly one of a kind — always smiling, calm, kind, and willing to assist at any moment. Because of people like him, guests feel at home.

Hotel undergoing works construction disrupted sleep 2 nights running banging and drilling till 6am in morning complaint to reception who claimed there will stop however continued - I mean who does works until early hours with paying guests in hotel and totally unsafe !!! , Unfriendly staff especially women at breakfast and young girl on reception desk and zero customer service , no housekeeping throughout our stay - had to use rags of towels and bedsheets with stains showing 3 days running and cramp rooms and cramp breakfast area, many things like shower and sink tap , flooring needs urgent state of repairs and ac vents not cleaned and full of dust … if you do wish to be dissapointed in every level then think twice in booking and hotel prefers cash only upon arrival euros or dollars and hesitant in taking other currency and TRY with rate from euros on the day so there...

I ask him to book a taxi to Sabiha airport he told me it will cost 700 lira and I have to pay to him as he will pay taxi company by credit card , but I saw while paying the taxi driver in cash , I asked the taxi driver how much he pay him , he told me that he pay him only 500 lira , so the reception guy think he is smart and made 200 lira , I asked him to print my boarding pass he refused, claiming that it is prohibited. Food have hair in it , I stopped having my breakfast there half of my stay...
