Perla Cappadocia — Hotel in Göreme

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Perla Cappadocia for three days, and I must say, it was truly an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable hospitality that went above and beyond our expectations.

First and foremost, the hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating, especially Arun. They not only allowed us to check-in early in the morning but also surprised us with a delicious breakfast to start our day off right. (Their omelette instantly became our new favorite!) This gesture made us feel welcome and cared for right away.

What impressed us most was the hotel's proactive approach in assisting with our travel arrangements. They took charge of arranging our car rental, airport transfers, and even our hot air balloon flight. Many thanks to Koray! This level of convenience and attention to detail made our trip stress-free and allowed us to fully enjoy our time in Cappadocia.

Speaking of which, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Situated in a prime spot, we were able to explore the stunning valleys and witness breathtaking views of the hot air balloon rides right from the hotel's terrace. We even witnessed 2 hot air balloon landings just outside our hotel! It was like having a front-row seat to the magic of Cappadocia.

I must also commend the hotel facilities. Everything from the rooms to the common areas was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail throughout the property was evident, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Throughout our stay, the hotel staff continued to impress us with their kindness and attentiveness. They were always available to assist and answer any questions we had, and they did so with genuine warmth and hospitality. It's these little touches that truly set Perla Cappadocia apart from the rest.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Perla Cappadocia enough. The combination of exceptional hospitality, breathtaking views, convenient travel arrangements, well-appointed facilities, and delicious breakfast made our stay truly unforgettable. We arrived at Perla Cappadocia after an early start from Istanbul.|We were greeted by a young gentleman on “reception” that informed us that our room wouldn’t be ready for another 3 hours . |We understand that it’s not always possible to check in on arrival, but the attitude of the young man was not what I would call pleasant, maybe it was the language barrier.|He seemed more interested in trying to sell excursions rather than explaining information regarding the hotel and it’s facilities ||The room was beautiful , large spacious and spotless, housekeeping is 10/10.|The breakfast was adequate, reasonable choice of cold plates, but very sterile atmosphere .||Due to the eating area in the reception it was cramped and could hear neighbouring diners conversations.On the website Perla offers breakfast on roof terrace this is not available , due to ongoing work||The roof terrace is pleasant, but spoiled by tarpaulin and unfinished work just spoiling the ambiance.||All in all we adored Cappadocia and would definitely return, sadly not to this hotel .||Customer service needs to be improved to make the “boutique experience”...

All in all,because it's a new hotelI have to say it's very cost-effective. All the decorations, equipments are in the good condition. It isn't located in the center of the town but still very convenient, only takes 15min to get to the center on foot.

In terms of serviceevery employee is very enthusiastic. From them, I saw the long-lost seriousness and enthusiasm for work. 24-hour reception service,always solve all your problems in the first time. The restaurant staff are also very hardworking and careful. The room cleaning is also very careful and conscientious.

You can get information about all local tourist services at the front desk. The price is very reasonable. We compared multiple agencies and finally communicated with the staff before the start of the short trip, and booked all our travel including hot air balloon, red line, airport shuttle and AKV.
