Kadikoy Bade 3 Hotel — Hotel in Kadıköy

The room had bed bugs. I got pictures, video, and even caught one. I found four bed bugs on my bed in one hour.

The manager refused to even refund the days that I had left in my reservation. He made a bunch of excuses and tried to tell me that it was normal and my fault somehow.

They keep all of their sheets and towels in the same closet. There are cracks in all the walls and under the doors for the bed bugs to move around. There are definitely bed bugs in all of the rooms. Don't come here, or you might get eggs on your luggage and then bring the bugs somewhere else.

When I reported it to the manager they went up and sprayed some stuff and then said the problem was all gone. That's not how to get rid of bed bugs though. You need to thoroughly clean everything and you need repeat treatments to make sure all the eggs are killed too.

Such amazing staff, perfect location. Close to the metro and the sea. Complements to Breakfast buffet staff always friendly and Kaan who assisted me when i arrived.

My only disappointment was that the room i paid for in the Annexture A building was not available due to maintenance as i really loved the view of the galata tower and the quietness of the room. No one updated me as to if i could get back the room i chose on my application and paid for even though when I was checking in i told the staff to realocate me the room once it is available. I did not follow up because i felt that if i mattered, the staff would update me.

For the price of this place it is very reasonable for a very short stay or a long stay making it econmically friendly and the location lies in the heart of Kadikoy and literally 5 minute walk to the ferry to go to the european side of Istanbul, for the price and location you cant really expect like a 5 star room as it not like a Hilton or these kind of places so dont be confused and Service wise Hasan is the main man and he is very helpful with any questions and problems and they always offer to clean room and all those stuff, it has a great view room is good and AC works perfectly fine….
