Masal Suite — Hotel in Kadıköy

The worst hotel EVER!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT! ||When I came to Istanbul, I got lost and when I finally came to kadıköy, I had a reservation in the hotel which was next door to this one. But I was so tired and exhausted that I just didn't notice the signboard and thought that this was my hotel (I actually had booking in a cozy hotel Staryy Dom, which was amazing!)||I came to Ahmet (the manager of Masal Suite), who DIDN'T speak English, I showed him my booking with the name of the hotel, he told me to enter his hotel without telling me that it's NOT my hotel! He didn't say I was lost, he just offered the room. ||The room was SUPER COLD AND DIRTY. When I asked to clean it, the woman was so mad at me. The shower was not functioning AT ALL. I had to sleep under 1 thin blanket (they just didn't give me the warm one!), my sweater and scarf. It was super NOISY. I woke up every hour because of the sounds outside and the cold. The air conditioner didn't function. ||It was the WORST experience in my life!!! But thanks God the next day I saw the right hotel, where the manager Koray was so kind, he spoke with that manager Ahmet (because he knew I didn't speak Turkish), and helped me a lot in such a stressful situation! But Ahmet didn't apologize, he just said nothing! He used my tiredness and this way he earned 17$ for the night I stayed in that...

Wir haben einen Zimmer gebucht, diese haben wir zufällig über google gefunden. Von Standort her super paar minuten dann ist man schon in der city. Aber Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit kennt das Personal dort leider nicht. Das Zimmer ist voller dreck und überall kalk flecken. Vieles ist im Sanitär bereich defekt und richtig eckelhaft einfach nur dreckig. Überall auf dem boden ist staub und dreck gewesen. Das Bett war voll mit Haaren. Die Schränke waren voll am kleben. Man konnte dort nichts anfassen. Gardinen stangen hatten locker 5 cm Staub dran.Haben das Personal darüber innformiert, man sagte uns man könnte nichts machen viele würden sich beschweren über die sauberkeit im hotel. Im endeffekt haben wir bezahlt und haben das hotel gewechselt. In der umgebung gibt es noch bessere hotels sogar günstiger und trotzdem sauber. Echt eckelhaft wie die menschen arbeiten. Es gab nicht mal ein Entschuldigung warscheinlich ist es für denen normal mit seinem eigenem geld im schweinestall zu leben...

Beni kinayacaginiza temizlikci tutun odalar pis. Adam gibi bir isci tutun ve is yerinizle ilgilenin parayi iscileriniz cebine atmistir cünkü hic bir sekilde ilgi alaka olmadi toplam 2 saat sadece bavullarimiz kaldi odanizda hic bir yer kullanilmadi. Ama 1600 Tl veripte pislik icinde kalacagimiza paranin gitmesini göze almistik ve öylede oldu inkar etmenize gerek yok baska arkadaslarda pisliginizi konusuyor.
