ONLY ONE SUITES — Hotel in Konyaaltı

I stayed here for 4 nights. I booked side view duplex apartment no. 513 on 4th floor. We booked directly via calling the property. Natalia took our reservation for 5 adults and a baby of 20 months. My first night was as bad as hell would be.

My itinerary was such that i was to reach Antalya late in the evening around 11pm-12am. I mentioned this very clearly that we will be travelling all day and would be tired, so everything must be checked and stocked and we should not have to make any late night calls for our needs.

After a long day and managing flight delays (which happens alot in turkey btw), i reached the property, the security guard did little help with the luggage and baby cot and left.

To my utter shock, the AC of the main bedroom was not working. There was no technical support from the management, not change of rooms; we literally spent almost couple of hours talking and chatting with Natalia (out go to person) hoping for some help but to no avail 4 of us had to sleep on living room floor carpet. Natalia instead of offering any help was rude and suggested to open windows in Antalyas hot and humid climate. It was 220€ per night stay. Can you imagine paying this much and sleeping on floor along with baby. Please note we slept on carpet, not even extra bedding was provided.

Over all this, Natalia was disrespectful. When we asked that she should give us some monetary compensation or discount in our tariff, she threatened us with police and lawyers.

In all this havoc, she didn’t apologise even once.

Also, on our first night we reached late, for 6 of us there were only 4 bottles of water 250-300 ml ones. Tired from long day, i had to go to nearby market at 12.30 am to buy water. Don’t expect manners or courtesy from them. Everyday i had to ask them to refill for water because they never did. Never experienced such pathetic hospitality.

Living bathroom size would be 16-20 sq feet. Couldn’t be more than 20.

Smaller room would be somewhere 60-65 sq feet. It was so small that we kept hurting our feet or knees with furniture while walking in the room. Cupboard space extra.

Electric kettle dirty, had some white residue.

All this for 220€ per night.

Needed an apartment that suited a range of demands for a family of 5 and so glad we found Only One Suites & Residences. Communication via WhatsApp prior to arrival with Natalia and Ellen was quick, reliable and reassuring. We arrived late at night and Ellen was on hand with quick responses to my messages about how to access the apartment out of hours. We stayed 7 nights in the duplex suite with amazing panoramic views and the space worked really well for us. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and the staff were attentive to our needs. Ellen arranged an extra bed for our sleeping arrangements and the cleaning lady emptied bins and provided fresh laundry as soon as we asked. There was a fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and basic cooking facilities, so we could self cater reasonably comfortably. Breakfast was provided in Quzu and although it was mainly the same everyday it was very nice. Breakfast couldn't be provided before 10am however, so on the days we had early starts Ellen arranged for a basic evening meal in Quzu instead, which was very appreciated and it was nice to have the occasional meal out. Room service was also available and high quality transfers to and from the hotel were organised and efficient. We stayed early April and unfortunately the pool wasn't open, which was disappointing to the kids, but the weather was really good enough anyway. The restaurant had a party the first night until maybe 1am, which was reasonably loud. The location is fantastic though right on the sea front in Konyaatli so it's a busy and noisy area anyway and especially so in high season I'd guess. We'd taken ear plugs just in case as we'd heard the restaurant could be loud. We didn't really need them this time, but not a bad idea with young kids especially. Would highly recommend Only One Suites if you're after a quality apartment in Konyaalti, would definitely stay there again if we return to Antalya. Thanks Natalia, Ellen and...

WORST EXPERIENCE BE CAREFUL !!!!!

I do not recommend making a reservation!!! We made a reservation and received a confirmation email. And we did contact them to ask if we could take the apartment earlier as we were arriving early in Antalya. They answered us that they would do their best. So the reservation was confirmed...

5 days before, we contact them by e-mail to make sure once again of the reservation, no answer to our e-mail! We try to contact them via Whatssap, no answer. Then we call them and a lady says to us that they have currently a problem on their computer and that she cannot confirm me the reservation and that she is going to return to us as soon as possible. Several hours later, still no news! I contact them again on Whatssap and there she answers me that the reservation was cancelled by their system and that they have no more availability! We try to understand what happened and no return.

I strongly advise against this hotel! And service completely null and not...
