QUZU et BALIK — Restaurant in Konyaaltı

Scam!!! Be careful with this place. After I paid bill with my card(and was charged from my bank already) , came to me again waiter with some another worker and told me that they have problem with bank machine and payment stopped and they will not receive it. That already happened to them in past..I show my bank that money been already in hold and went from my card... Than they say that money will come back again to my bank for sure . . They try to make us pay again...!! I said there is no way!! We gave them our phone number and told them if money will really return to my bank we will call and pay it. After some hours they call again that they speak with bank and money not come... Again we told them if money will return we will come and pay it again?!! Next day morning they call again!.. Anyway next day money from my bank went and payment was 100% successfully done so there is no chance money will return!!! And if this place have often problem with their bank or payment machine they should fix it and not disturb customers with this!!! We been there Friday evening... We wondered why so good looking place with kinda good food is completly empty. Maybe...

We had not so good experience with this restaurant. Visited them on 05.07.2025. The staff was very friendly and pleasure, however that was it with the services. They had following issues: We ordered lamb ribs, but they gave us different one - lamb pirzola, which is more expensive, and not what we wanted. We ordered hot appetizer - grilled shrimps with smashed avocado, however they brought to us cold appetizer - boiled shrimps with sliced avocado. When we asked why and showed them picture from their menu, they said that the picture is old, and should be replaced 😂 Few positions from the menu were not available, and we were surprised after the long choosing procedure. At the beginning I asked for cold water as usual during hot weather, but in the bill this 0.33 soda water was priced as TL 150, which they should inform the client in advance IMHO. Generally the food was not tasty at all, that was just simple tasteless food.

Was here on Valentine’s Day. Made reservation online and got a table right away after a min we arrived. Prices are reasonable for this type of restaurant. Nice seating area with comfy seats. Music was a bit too loud for dinner time. Service staffs do speak English.

I ordered Qutap Cheese as starter, Kievskaya Meatballs and beef bolognese spaghetti for main. Food taste fine. I really love beef bolognese here.

One thing I don’t like is you have to scan QR code to see menu online and I was there when it’s busy. Too many users opening website in the same time. Took me forever to open menu website and they only have 1 menu book available for whole restaurant. And seem like there’s only 1 lady greeting guests and take order. Lack of staffs make service too slow but after I order food & drinks....
