Eva Hotel — Hotel in Konyaaltı

Location is good - near to nice beaches, restaurants, cafe and ATMs. Service needs improvement. Booked a room with an early check-in and got confirmation. When arrived, the receptionist said that the room is still busy and you have to wait about 3 hours. After 20 mins negotiations, we found the way how to check-in 1 hour. While we waited we had a hotel breakfast: some bread, butter, cheese, jam, boiled eggs and tea/coffee - not so tasty as it could be. Don't recommend. Also the breakfast is served at the bar on the first floor where lingering a smell of beer and tobacco, also there many flies. The parrot living in the bar needs a medical assistance and an improvement of living conditions because it all looks sad. The hotel has 3 floors, but the lift goes up only to the 2nd, then you have to use the stairs. We didn't use the SPA, it looks like a place to have fun with girls after a bar :) We got a pretty clean deluxe room. There was a good bath equipment, 5 towels set, nice bed. Also there was a safe, which was not fixed - you just can take it and go away :D When you leave the room, everything turns off, even the fridge - so our food went bad. The staff is good. Despite the great location of the place, there are several aspects far beyond what could be considered as acceptable: Poor housekeeping. We found socks under the curtain (we understand they belong to the previous guest). Also we found a lot of ashes in the Spa area. Spa time very bad organised to get the turn Room poorly maintained in terms of paint and also woodwork. we found a cockroach in our toilet. if you will be allocated in this hotel, avoid to stay in room 102 because the noise of the bar beside and the AC machine will not let you rest properly. the breakfast......the worst. It is served in the pub which still has beer smell from the night before. People smoking in the kitchen, a lot of flies around, the quality of the food is very low (fried stuff....instant coffee no fresh fruits). There is a scarlet macaw (bird) rather than to make the comfortable environment looks stress and bad treated. We went to stay for 6 days. We stayed in a 3-person room and we saw that the cleaning was really bad. Even though we stayed for 6 days and asked for cleaning every 2 days, the rooms were not cleaned at all. So much so that even the sheets they said they would change were dirty. They brought a tiny blanket for a double bed and we had to ask for a second one. The bathroom has no ventilation. Therefore, the room smelled. We also had to deal with insects when we opened the window to let it air out. We stayed in a room without a balcony and drying our clothes was a big problem. There was not even a coffee table or a trash can in the room to put our suitcases, we had to ask the reception. There is no minibar service either. When we asked for water to drink daily, they said it was paid. The breakfast is simple, ready-made jam and honey are served in a boutique hotel style.
