Unfortunately, Four Hills Hotel did not provide the services advertised.
Our room smelled strongly of smoke.
The air conditioning did not work, even after being moved to a second room. The hotel repeatedly claimed the problem had been fixed, but upon checking, it was still not working.
Coincidentally, when we complained, English-speaking guests were at the reception, and they were also complaining about the air conditioning. We asked them if their AC worked, and they confirmed their rooms were also unbearable.
A hotel staff member (possibly the manager) approached us in Turkish and questioned why we were speaking with other guests, which was completely unnecessary. He was very rude and then started arguing aggressively with us. Other hotel guests witnessed this and can confirm the behavior.
There are no proper blankets for the beds in summer; guests are forced to use the thin bedspread, which is extremely uncomfortable.
If you like to sleep in the dark, do not stay here. The curtains do not block the sunlight, and it becomes very bright from 5 a.m. onward.
Outside temperatures were over 30°C, making the rooms unbearable, while the air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast hall worked perfectly for staff comfort.
Breakfast was the biggest disappointment: the selection was smaller than hotels with no stars, and the quality and taste were poor. Additionally, the breakfast hall was much too cold.
Despite repeated messages to both the hotel and Booking.com, we received no helpful response.
Overall, the staff were very disrespectful and attempted to cover up the issues with lies.
We had no choice but to stay the first night (25.09–26.09) because we arrived late, but from 26.09 onward, we moved to another hotel in Antalya, incurring additional costs. We will not stay silent and will take formal steps if necessary.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel. For your own comfort and peace of mind do not book this hotel until these issues are resolved. If Four Hills Hotel reads this review please contact us immediately to settle the refund and avoid...
Read moreWas here for a week in May (stayed here as having dental work near by) it's a beautiful clean hotel with lovely reception, restaurant and cleaning staff. Mum came with me for moral support, so she stayed at the hotel for 90% of our trip and I wanted somewhere she would be happy. ||Little pool area was nice, as was the outdoor seating area. |Nice touches with slippers, toothbrushes, shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner. |Do not flush loo roll, it goes in the bin.|If you want to watch TV the only English channel is the news.|Little switch just by the front door which activates the light outside to either Do not disturb or please clean my room, much nicer idea than those annoying door hangers! ||I only had breakfast once (couldn't eat because of teeth) but mum went down each day and enjoyed it. Seemed varied each day. ||Most of the guests staying were also having dental treatment, a lot of brits. Which was lovely as everyone was chatting. Met some lovely people.||Literally the only reason I am not leaving a 5 star review is the hotel has a policy of no food or drink from outside in the hotel. I have never heard such a thing before and admittedly I never realised until I was told off by the manager for bringing a 5 litre bottle of water in from the shop! I like my tea when I wake and before I go to bed. The little bottle supplied in the room was not enough for me and I won't drink from the tap in a foreign country. We ate in the restaurant and purchased drinks whilst lounging by the pool, I'm really not sure why I couldn't bring water in to drink in my room. ||Outside of the hotel we visited a lovely Irish bar around the corner and we managed a day at the beach (10 min walk) paid 300 Lira for 2 sunbeds for the day. Toilets at the beach are not as we are used to (was a hole in the floor) ||Overall had a lovely stay and and will be back. It really is a beautiful hotel with very comfy...
Read moreComfortable Stay with Great Amenities and Thoughtful Service We stayed at 4 Hills Hotel in Antalya for 4 nights and 5 days, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully designed — giving the impression that the property is relatively new or recently renovated. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one definitely had a more modern and polished feel.
The outdoor pool area was aesthetically pleasing, and the inclusion of a complimentary Turkish bath and sauna added a touch of luxury to our stay. It was a relaxing way to unwind after exploring the city. It would’ve been even better if they offered in-house massage services as well — something that could elevate the wellness experience further.
The breakfast spread was decent, with a good range of egg dishes, multiple cheese varieties, oats, breads, and more. Complimentary tea and coffee were available, though it’s worth noting that orange juice comes at an extra charge.
One of the highlights of our stay was the flexibility shown by the hotel when we requested a late check-out. They accommodated us with an additional 4 hours for €40, which felt like a fair and well-handled arrangement — unlike many places that charge for an entire night.
The only minor area for improvement would be providing handwash in the bathrooms, which was missing and would’ve added to the comfort.
Overall, a great hotel with friendly staff, clean modern rooms, and amenities that make it excellent value for money in Antalya. Would...
