PRIME INN CITY — Hotel in Melikgazi

About the Kayseri hotel called Prime Inn City. Today morning, they asked for a price for January 10-14, they asked for 6000 for 4 nights for a 2+1 room. We evaluated it at the hotel (equivalents are in the 4000-7500 band) and made a reservation. During the reservation, Mr. Emrah asked how much the price was (a questionable question, they probably give different prices to everyone, check carefully) and I said 6000 TL and finally we completed it. 15-20 minutes passed, I was called again and asked for 3500 TL per night instead of 1500, saying that the friend who gave me the price today was on his own for 15-20 minutes and gave the wrong price, could it be checked in various places on the internet. We stayed here with my family and elderly parents this summer.We booked two rooms a family room and a smaller room for a week. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had everything we needed and were in the city centre. Lovely views; excellent location, great front of house team and lovely cleaners. What more can you ask for? Everyone was super helpful and extremely welcoming. There is also the best Shish kebab place round the corner for meals and an excellent bakery run by a little old man if you don’t want to cook. A supermarket across the road. It’s so well placed while at the same time slightly tucked away! It’s a very quiet hotel so great for privacy and relaxations

3-4 ay öncesinden birer çocuklu 2 aile icin 2 oda ayırmıştık. Özellikle odaların yanyana olmasını istedik. Rezervasyon yaptığımız tarih için çok musait olduğunu ve istediğimiz gibi odaların yanyana verebileceklerini söylemelerine rağmen sanki biz hiç bundan bahsetmemişiz gibi odaları olabildiğince otelin en uzak noktalarına vermişler. Anladığım kadarıyla ek olarak istediğimiz şeyler kesinlikle dikkate alınmıyor. Belki gelmeden 1 hafta öncesinden hatırlatsaydık yapabilirlerdi. Ama karşımızdaki çocuk değil, basit bir notla bu odalar yerleştirilirken ayarlanabilirdi.

Bir diğer husus biri çocuk 2 yetiskin gece yarısı çok önceden ayırdığımız odamıza geldiğimizde çocuk için ayrılan kanepeye sereceğimiz ne bir çarşaf, ne bir yastik, ne bir battaniye vs yok. Pijama giymiştim ve çok yorgundum. Odalarda telefon olmadığı için resepsiyona da ulaşamıyorum. Sıkışık tepişik 3 kişi, 2 kişilik yatakta yattık. Ertesi gün bunu söylediğimde 'keşke söyleseydiniz, size uyku seti verirdik.' dediler. Oysa ki bizim oraya 3 kişi gelecegimiz belli. Oda ona gore hazırlabilirdi. Zaten standart olarak 3 kişilik her odaya 3 kişilik uyku seti koymaları gerekirdi.

Bir diğer husus 5 sefer kahvaltı yaptık. Sadece son kahvaltıda su içebildik. Sebebini sorunca su teminatında problem oldugunu söylediler. Alt tarafı su. Marketten alabilecekleri 5-6 adet 5 litrelik şişeleri sürahiyeye doldurup bu problemi çözmek yerine bizi 4 kahvaltı boyunca susuz bıraktılar.
