We had a booking for a room with a hot tub but upon arrival realized our booking wasn't accurate as we had two children with us. We needed an extra bed and unfortunately that room could not accommodate it. We were given another room with an extra bed. Overall cleanliness and quality of room was good but the lighting was extremely low and I think would have done with additional lights (if required). Like other hotels in similar places, only breakfast was provided. Lunch and dinner options were numerous as restaurants and market is at 300m walking distance. I absolutely loved their pre set breakfast platter. I know people like to have a choice but for me it was a true taste of Turkish culture. Was able to arrange airport pick up and drop off and Hasán was the star to organise everything and Kemal went the extra mile to please us in everything as attentive and willing to do anything for us .
