Logarto — Restaurant in Urgup

👍🏼👍🏼Definitely you should taste “ testi kebap “ here! Also the view is unbelievable. Even we werenot here in the season, so the weather was rainy and a bit cold. Eventhough inside is super, and Mr. Ercan is so kind and helpfull. ❣️❣️❣️ You will love this place. I recommend for sure. Dont miss this place if you are lucky to come to Ürgüp! ✨ Annd how i can skip this, the gift/ treat ( which means IKRAM in Turkish ). Ercan bey offered us Baklava and tea for free. And he also give the ladies a souvenir! ( you can see on the table at the pics, writing Cappadocia chimney rock shaped :) 🍀

P.c. There is an hotel 🏨 down, which own this restaurant called “Dere Suites Cappadocia”. I think it will be an unforgettable experience to stay here and enjoy the view... for romantic couples...

AVOID -- I made my reservation a month in advanced for a special birthday celebration. Multiple emails and commitments from (Gamze ÇULHA the SALES MANAGER of desressuites - the hotel were this restaurant is located) to create a special atmosphere with candles and roses (for an additional price). When we arrived there wasn’t a table for our booking, nobody greeted us and they tried to create an ad hoc table - this establishment tainted and ruined a very special occasion surprise. Shame on this you - for those reading this don’t trust them for any special occasion or meal of any significance.

UPDATE - not a single effort was made by Logarto to contact me or correct this situation. What a disgrace...

What an amazing dining experience! As soon as my husband and I entered the restaurant we were greeted by the friendly and professional host, Sedat bey. Both items he recommended, the lamb shank and rack of ribs were so delicious! We were excited to come back the following night to try the creamy pasta and another recommendation of Sedat bey, the testi kebabı, again both dishes were incredible - eline sağlık to the chef! We had such a great time at Lagarto restaurant, the entire staff do a supurb job and we are sad that we're leaving after 2 days! Çok teşekkür ederiz her şey için we hope to back in...
