It was my first time to go there. Taste was good but we waited for long after we order... (I think they forgot....we kindly asked them after one hour we ordered and, they served us after another one hour. ) Addition, we waited for our food for long because of their lack of service management skill, not our fault, and other customers finished and left already and there was only us Inside of the restaurant. Then one of the staffs, he turned off the light while we were waiting for the food without asking us any, then even they served us the food finally, they didn’t turn on the light.....so we felt uncomfortable.....we felt like we were told ‘eat hurry and go away.’
Pulas, they served us a wrong food. We asked them ‘it’s wrong food. Can you check your chef?’, but they’ve never admired their mistakes and they said ‘it’s the one you ordered.’ But we were working in restaurant too! We’ve already tasted and we all knew the food was different which we expected. Finally, they admired their mistakes but until they admired thier fault we talked to them for about 30minutes.....they excuse, excuse and finally they admired..... we understand sometimes human being mistakes, so when people do wrong, it’s ok to apologize, but they don’t know.....so they don’t even apologize us after they admired their mistakes.
Also, we tasted the wrong food because until we tasted we didn’t know the food is wrong.. the looks was just some but smell, taste was wrong, so we didn’t notice from the looks and we served our own small plate and when we ate a bit, we knew... we didn’t even ate all on our plate because we knew it was wrong one. But they said ‘you already started eating so we can’t make another one for you even it was our fault. You already ate half, see’
I didnt understand at all their service....we just tasted. When we noticed, we stoped eating and immediately called the staffs.....
Anyways, it was my first time to visit there, but i can say it was not really good experience.....it’s very wrong as a professional in service...

We had our wedding celebration here. The free room for the night with our package disappeared. I paid for a suite, room 222, the tub had a broken drain, the tub water spout was dumping water on the floor, the hot water came out brown for the first minute then yellow the rest of the time we were there. The tub looks like it was installed by a child, caulked with 10 liters worth of caulk.
The Chinese management can't communicate with the local staff they hired, mistakes like food going to the ring room.
The management doesn't care about room conditions, broken air conditioner, broken sink faucet, one room had a box spring for a mattress on top of another box spring, and broken lights just to name a few of our complaints in the 4 different rooms we had people in.
