11 Mirrors Design Hotel by FACE the Service — Hotel in Kyiv

110% ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS! I am a frequent traveler and get to stay in many different places and see a customer service raging to low 2's to high 5's But 11 Mirrors hotel is just simply amazing. The hotel is situated in the Centre of Kiev and is in a walking distance to anywhere. The rooms are large, well equipped and clean. BUT WHAT I'M REALLY RAVING ABOUT IS - THE STAFF. Everyone is vey curious and accommodating especially DARINA who works there at the front counter. She is an amazing hostess and concierge. I needed a cover test before my next trip - NO PROBLEM! They made sure the test came to me. Is there a GYM around in the area? YES! NO PROBLEM! Just across the street there is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. It's called Fizika and it is owned (just like the hotel) by Valery Klitschko (the World's Heavy Weight Champion). - who is there ll the time by the way.... What a spectacular hotel! This was one of those hotels that I’ll never forget, especially with its amenities. I left my shirt to be ironed, and it was ready in less than an hour in my room. The girls were very helpful in the reception, but Kyrylo was the best! He recommended great and unique places to try Ukrainian food. I won’t forget this hospitality, and as Arnold Schwarzenegger said, “I’ll come again!” (Above all, amazing view of Kyiv from the rooftop floor)

This is i believe the best hotel in Kiev and can be compared with the top notch hotels in various city’s amongst others New York. The service is extremely good, incomparable with the service you experience in for instance AMSTERDAM. The vibes and the ambiance this hotel gives you are great. I had the most price attractive room and even this room was superior: nice bed, extended bathroom, adjustable floor heating, nice bar, good lighting, extended mini bar and it’s quiet.
