Matisse — Restaurant in Kyiv

I read comments about this restaurant and decided to have my birthday dinner ..Was quite dissapointed and wouldn't visit again.Waiter was a bit strange ,when we asked for cold beer he told just short -no! And told they have JUST this warm beer which he brought. Btw juice for daugher was super cold so means they have fridge and could put beer there for a couple of min )))) Than waiter put plates like throwing into the table with loud sound without any excuse as he was annoyed by over request with cold beer. Than on dirty table he brought desserts....he even didn't clean .I was really surprised with servise.But view was amazing.And some food...

Nice restaurant on the top floor. Decorated with fresh fruits everywhere. The view over the city while eating is great. Its even possibel to sit outside. The dishes were good. Whats not good is that everything i ordered was comming in the same time, carpacio, rib eye and vegetabels. I ts normal the waiter sad to me. Its not ok in a restaurant like this. Had to wait on the bar with a gin tonic and that was nice. Al dishes have a normal price. Gin...

We never had a chance to eat at the place. Our group had organized a nice dinner, and booked way ahead of time. Our booking was confirmed. However "Matisse" called us last minute to say they cannot except us because they have an "event". I think this is a disgrace. Shameful and very disrespectful. I hope this opportunistic approach will show you the way to bad business. I will will definitely advise everybody I know not...
