I stayed at this property for a month for work. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and provided consistent and timely service during my stay. Housekeepers did a fine job of keeping my room spotless on those days that I needed service.||||The room itself was large and well appointed with a full-size fridge, range, utensils, pots / pans, cups/glasses. Also included was a very modern washing machine. Although there is no dryer, a drying rack was tucked away besides the ironing board. The AC unit was a bit noisy sometimes, but it did its job and kept the room cold when I wanted. The bathroom was roomy and clean. I experienced no issues with water pressure or temperature.||||The hotel is withing walking distance to many excellent restaurants, the metro, supermarkets, and shopping malls. The affiliated bakery "Greguar" ("булочная Грегуар"), being a supplier of artisan bread and pastries a while ago, nowadays is steadily losing its level lacking quality control and selling hard to completely stale bread quite often. If you happen to request a replacement, your need to complain directly to the bakery owner provided you're lucky to have her nearby, otherwise you'll be denied even seeing the store manager. Overall impression: typical Eastern-standard business. This place can be a Russian roulette if booked online. 1.I booked through booking.com - only to not see any specific address. I get an address as message- which is where I stayed in past and pics from that property are most common online. Go there (as in 2) only to see actual place of stay is somewhere else which is almost 20 minutes in peak hour Kyiv traffic. The actual place was yuk - with common areas (stairs) looking worse than a refugee camp. They deliberately hide proper addresses and actual pics - wilful suppression information is rampant. Cancelled it - but back and forth lost more than 1 hour.
