To our utmost surprise and disgust this hotel enforced rules that keep couples apart if they want to use the sauna, the pool or even the gym. This is mentioned in the small print, however, you can easily make a booking without noticing this. If a hotel is situated in Europe, it is more than fair to assume that this kind of Taliban rules does not apply. If they do, they must be given in CAPITAL LETTERS in the initial description of the hotel, not hidden in the small print. Also, the booking confirmation did not present this crucial information at all. The hotel staff said we should have been aware of these rules, idiotically referring to the hotels own home page without understanding that you can book a room there without ever visiting that home page, for example, by using hotels.com. Furthermore, if you do check their home page, you do not easily find any mention of this segregation rule from the dark ages. On the contrary, you find texts like this: “An unforgettable romantic adventure for those who are truly in love! You will relax in one of the best hotels on the Black Sea...”. So a romantic stay with your wife WITHOUT BEING TOGETHER?!! ||||We stayed disappointed and angry for one night and checked out the next day. For this part our vacation was totally ruined and left us with anger and bitterness. The staff said no manager was available (in a five-star hotel??!) to deal with this issue. The staff was not even capable of giving a receipt at the checkout!! I asked to be contacted by the manager the next day when he was told to be available, but nobody from the hotel has made any contact with me so far. We were charged for all four nights despite the checkout after only one night in this horror establishment. The five stars also gives you the right to assume there is a manager present at all times and that there is the standard level of services available. In this hotel, there was no service. The worst hotel I have ever experienced in my entire life. Avoid it! I bet all that all the positive comments on this page are lies and written by the same people who were paid to put positive comments. The last and the worst that still happened tonight: I called the restaurant of the hotel at 9:45 (they say that they accept orders until 10 pm) and the women in the restaurant told me that they are already closed. When she saw that I insist that orders are accepted until 10 pm as they claimed, she preferred to pretend that she writes down my order and that she will bring me the dinner! After waiting 1 hour for the dinner, I realized that she had closed the restaurant and gone away!! Never seen something like that before. Wir haben dieses 5-Sterne-Hotel aufgrund einer gründlichen Internet-Recherche für ein paar Tage reserviert, Seaview-Zimmer natürlich. - Folgendes geschah dann beim Check-in nach dem Bezahlen:||Uns wurde eröffnet, dass wir auch den Spa & Pool-Bereich nutzen dürften, allerdings sei es "policy" des Hotels, Geschlechter zu trennen. Es gäbe deshalb zwei Innenpools. Ade die Erwartung, im Urlaub mal mit meiner Frau gemeinsam schwimmen zu können.||Für diese "policy" ist offenbar der Besitzer, ein muslimischer Syrer, verantwortlich, der der westlichen Welt mal zeigen will, was "Moral" ist. Welch ein überhebliches Ego muss hinter einer solchen "policy" stecken, die sich auch mit Koransprüchen an den Aufzügen manifestiert.||Es kam noch besser. Wie gesagt, "seaview" war gebucht. Vor unserem Fenster baute sich allerdings ein 23stöckiger Rohbau eines Hotels auf (der etwa 1/4 der Sicht nahm), in dem 24 Std. am Tag gewerkelt wurde, auch Sa/So. Nachts kamen die Lastwagen mit dem Material-Nachschub.||Dieser Bau ist weder auf der Website noch in den Management-Fotos auf TA verzeichnet; man hat auch nicht den Anstand besessen, uns bei der Buchung darauf hinzuweisen. - Der Versuch, wegen dieser Unmöglichkeit unseren Aufenthalt zu verkürzen und die Zahlung tw. zurück zu erhalten, wurde als "against the policy" zurückgewiesen.||Eigentlich ist dieses Hotel schön, 5 Sterne eher nicht, aber die Küche (in die man hineinsehen kann) kommt nahe dran, abenso die Einrichtung des Restaurants. Aber dann geht vieles nicht zusammen: Die Kellner mit Handschuhen bedienen schlunzig angezogene, lärmende Gäste - der Piano-Spieler kämpft gegen die Ambiental-Musik - die angeberische Weinkarte mit allen berühmten Namen der Welt ist ausnahmslos ohne Jahrgangsangabe - was soll man von dieser Kombination halten? 5-Sterne-Anspruch, aber man landet bei vielleicht 2 oder 3.||Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten aber elendig schmal; das Bad ist ebenso riesig, aber es fehlen z.B. Handtuchhalter - Kleinigkeiten vielleicht, aber wichtig zur Einschätzung.||Übrigens: Das Hotel hat keinen Außenpool, es hat auch keinen direkten Strandzugang. Nach kurzer Wanderung erreicht man Strände, deren Qualität von kloakig-widerlich bis akzeptabel-baufällig reicht.||||Es bleibt der Eindruck, betrogen worden zu sein um ein paar...
