I made 2 reservations of hotels in Odessa, Ukraine. The other one was directly located in the Prymorska and Bon Apart was not (it's located in the Arcadia district). I was leaning towards the Prymorska hotel but when I got an email from Bon Apart asking more about my room preferences I was happily surprised about this attention I got. So, I took it one step further and send an email asking how to get there from the Airport - which is kinda complicated in Odessa (Trolleybus #14 till the main train station and then bus #198.) When I got an response to my request withing 10 minutes I no longer needed to google around how to get there and my decision was clear: stay at the Bon Apart.||||Later I've learnt that Irina and Andrew, the receptions (in the Ukraine they are called administrator) were answering these email. Having met them in person I must say I rarely met any more helpful and friendly hotel staff. Especially, Irina went through length answering my questions about were to go for dinner and entertainment. Even after I was gone my questions went through her head. I could tell because the next time we met she present an even closer spa to me: (The Ark Spa about half a kilometer from Bon Apart).||||The studio room I stayed also suited my needs just right: sufficiently large, modern, well equipped and clean. Only the room table could have been a bit bigger. But it wasn't hard to work around its small size.||||The hotel also has WiFi. That's not much of an differentiate these days but what makes Bon Apart's stand out is the speed. When downloading a video I measured it: this Wifi had a sustained 2 MByte/s download bandwidth. I don't have this kind of Wifi at home and I am a techie.||||For my needs the only downside of Bon Apart is its location. I would have preferred it to be located in the historic center (Prymorska). But they, this way I now know both the Prymorska and...

Read moreI've stayed here for 1 day, at remained a little disappointed. ||The apartments were good, the bed was comfy, very good... However, there was an issue with the shower, the pipes must have been blocked. 4 out of 5 for the room. ||Speaking of service, the host who was on duty during our check-in and the one who was during the checkout were friendly, the one who had evening shift - NO. When we sat in the resting area, we wanted to use the kettle, and it resulted in her coming and telling to us not to touch anything, and the all of these are NOT free of charge (there is a kettle in each of rooms by the way). ||Moreover, the rooms do not include tooth-brush, tooth-paste or bathrobe (all of these you can buy from them, except tooth paste). You need to pay for parking as well (which has tripled its price since last year). 3 for service. ||To sum up, the experience we have got is an...
