It is deeply disappointing to witness the lack of responsibility and professionalism demonstrated by your establishment. I sent you all the medical reports concerning my husband which clearly state that he suffered a severe allergic reaction to the food consumed at your restaurant on December 19, 2023. This incident put his life at serious risk, requiring four days of critical care in a hospital.
During our visit to your restaurant my husband, vomited became so ill that he fainted and the food served to us. It is inconceivable that, despite the evidence provided, your response has been to attribute this grave situation to an event that occurred 72 hours before visiting your premises.
Additionally, I shared all medical reports and expenses incurred as a result of this emergency, which exceed 3,800 Swiss francs. It is unacceptable that instead of taking responsibility, your establishment has chosen to adopt an evasive and dismissive attitude.
I demand a formal response and an immediate resolution to this matter, commensurate with the seriousness of what has occurred. Your restaurant must demonstrate greater commitment to the quality of the food it serves and respect for its customers. Mr. Todd: Take responsibility. I assure you this matter will not go unnoticed. My husband’s health reached a critical state, to the point of requiring a blood transfusion, yet you seem to treat this situation as if it were trivial. Let me be clear: this is extremely serious. As human beings, we have rights, and you, as a business, have the obligation to act responsibly and seriously, especially when it involves the life and health of your customers.

First, my appreciation goes to the manager, Mohammed, who took great care of us and arranged a fantastic table with a clear view of the live singer. Sunil attended to our table and ensured our drinks arrived promptly.
As usual, Didal and Muzamil did an incredible job with the meat service, serving us until we were absolutely full. I can’t describe how delicious the premium cuts were . special thanks to the chef who marinated them so well the flavors were outstanding.
After an excellent dinner, as we were about to leave, I must mention the gentleman, Jashim, who frequently checked on our table and made sure we were well attended to. And upstairs, the bartender, Mr. Jonathan, did an exceptional job as well.
Most hotels nowadays have F&B outlets that don’t meet expectations, staffed by unprofessional teams. While these hotels might offer beautiful rooms, their F&B outlets often feel neglected, with little attention from management. It’s worth remembering that F&B outlets are an essential part of the overall hotel experience,no one enjoys staying in a hotel with subpar dining options.
