This visit was worse than last time PROS: staff is very friendly, especially Ilham, Teresa and Chef Alan (Joe) gym still good Housekeeping staff are great, they clean very well and are well mannered: Asmit & Basanta

CONS: Our bathroom had a sewer smell. I thought it would go away after the first day. They did try to clean it multiple times including bringing a huge machine that made the room smell like Clorox for a while but it wasn’t effective. We didn’t change rooms because jt was a huge hassle but they shouldn’t be letting guests stay in room 320 because of this wifi normal speed is slow (17mbps), but there were a lot of times it was extremely slow and it was hard to do online meetings, i think there's too many people using the wifi and it needs to be upgraded. The Thai Cafe 5 mins walk from here has 500mbps wifi, so I'm sure Hyatt Place can upgrade their wifi breakfast quality is still ok, the problem is they completely changed the menu and there’s not enough protein. Only protein usually are eggs, sausage (bad quality), and 1 chicken/fish that’s “ok”. Totally different selections than last year person who answers calls for guest service always has a rude tone ————————— July 2024 review: Stayed here for 10 nights and absolutely loved the friendly service, delicious breakfast and nice gym! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for this hotel!

PROS: Breakfast was truly delicious! They had rotating Indian specials everyday and the kind of foods everyday was changed, it was almost always good! The pancakes are to die for! Service is impeccable! We enjoyed our daily breakfasts. Special shoutout to Chef Errol & Cidel (pancakes) they made our morning extra sweet! They truly delivered the right amount of service and friendliness, we love them! Teresa is quiet and sweet. Lancelar is very friendly! Nomi tried to make our daily breakfasts special as well. Sevara at the front desk was so nice and accommodating! The gym here is really nice for Hyatt place. They have technogym and the gym is well-maintained Pool looked nice but it was hard to tell cause it was always full of people There are groceries, restaurants and pharmacy in the area. Very accessible and convenient. Although Jumeirah area is a bit above average price They also have an oven/microwave at the lobby so its so convenient to reheat leftovers

CONS: We tried the WOX restaurant, ordered beef flat noodles and sesame noodles. The beef flat noodles was half raw, sesame noodles was "ok". But flavors were underwhelming considering the price of 48 AED ($13) per dish

Improvements: The pool needs to be cleaned more frequently because there's a lot of kids playing in it, after a few hours of opening and kids swimming, the water becomes cloudy/murky (dirty) Housekeeping needs to try and clean the room in the morning, our room was always cleaned at around 5-6pm and it would be ideal if they cleaned it during breakfast time, so guests are at breakfast and are undisturbed They need to fix the pancake issue, some people are HOARDING pancakes and taking 10 even if there are other people. Some people just cut the line and go straight for it. So rude! There's kids waiting for pancakes and they see this rude behavior. Tip to management: Put a sign that says "limit pancakes to 4 if there's a line, so everyone can enjoy :)" One server asked us to write him a review almost everyday and it was annoying. Also went back to our table 5-10x during breakfast and it was over the top and we felt annoyed at the end of our stay. Please only ask to write a review once, thats enough. No need to ask for a review almost everyday, because if service is good, customer will definitely write a review

I will definitely come back to this hotel. I hope management replies and implements the improvements for next time!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah with my family of 9 in 3 rooms for 5 days , and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would gladly rate it 5 stars on Google.

One of the highlights of my stay was the Indian breakfast. As an Indian traveler, I appreciated the authentic flavors and variety of dishes available. The breakfast buffet served daily around 7 am. to 11 a.m. was a delightful culinary journey. The chefs took great care in ensuring the dishes were delicious and presented beautifully. It was the perfect way to start each day.

The hotel's pool area was fantastic. It provided a serene oasis in the bustling city of Dubai. Whether I wanted to relax and soak up the sun or take a refreshing swim, the pool offered the ideal setting. The poolside service was attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed to enjoy my time by the water.

Cleanliness is a top priority for me when choosing a hotel, and Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah did not disappoint. The rooms were immaculate, and housekeeping did an exceptional job of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. I felt comfortable and well taken care of in my well-appointed room.

Each team member made us feel like we were the only guests, offering exceptional service with a smile. A special thank you to Mr. Nomi, who orchestrated a surprise birthday greeting for my wife with an incredible cake. His gesture of presenting us with a complimentary red velvet cake was the icing on the cake! Ms. Anjeli and Ms. Triza were outstanding, their constant smiles and professional demeanor added to the delightful breakfast experience. They are truly the gems of the restaurant and a great asset to the team.

In addition, we were surprised with a complimentary cake and fruit platter given at the night before the day of my wife’s birthday. That was really generous Hyatt Place Jumeirah. Thank you so much.
