There’s free parking in front of the hotel, but it was full when we came on a Saturday afternoon. We did find a spot on the roadside in the Port Views compound though, a short walk away.

I had fried rice with crispy chicken, and she, wok fried egg noodles with beef. The menu, both paper and e-, didn’t come with pictures. Asian food has a wide berth for interpretation so not showing their take on it is a poor choice.

Or maybe they’re just hiding the blandness from you until it’s too late. My fried rice was made with Japanese rice, a strange choice though an interesting one. What’s less interesting is that it looks(and tastes) like it’s just stir-fried in soy sauce and oil. The chicken was good though.

Wife’s noodles were similarly made. Idk if they have a war on flavor back in the kitchen but hey. Your restaurant. My review though :p I ended up spicing up my food with the chili paste.

First experience, pretty mid stuff. Prices are okay, and they have a buy 1 get 1 on some days I think. Will recommend this place to anyone with a strong...

We were referred to Wox by friends and we were not disappointed.

From the warm welcome to the fresh, abundantly tasty dishes, value for money and good service, Wox is easily a repeatable outing.

The menu - in my humble opinion - works like a tapas menu, and so we ordered a selection of small dishes to share. The flavours are alive, and present, and the textures fresh and more-ish.

Dessert is the absolute winner here - try everything!

For me, the only downside was accessibility for parking - as it’s not clearly marked, we ended up parking quite a walk from the hotel. It is not clear if there is valet parking or not, and when we asked at the reception of the hotel, they seemed unsure.

Nevertheless, it was a great evening!

In summary: Menu: • variety: 4/5 • quality: 4/5 Service: • hospitality: 5/5 • attentiveness: 5/5 Setting: • ambience: 3/5 • comfort & accessibility: 3/5 • privacy: 3/5 • social distancing considerations: 4/5 Value for money: 5/5

Would we go back? Definitely worth...

Had a fantastic evening with the family on the 26th of December! A huge thanks to Mr Tarun Kumar and the team. Manish and Baljeet took care of us and made us feel special on our anniversary. A huge applause to the Chef and the team that served us.

Coming to the food as such: We, in particular the children enjoyed thoroughly all the dishes. We had Prawns chilli garlic, Salt and Pepper Squid, crispy Baby corn and Veg Spring Rolls. One was more delicious than the other. For the mains, Pad Thai stole the show but the Egg Fried Rice with Chicken gravy was a close second. The dessert was coconut ice cream and the Mochis!! To top it all, a surprise Tiramsu cake with persoanlised message for the anniversary!

Thanks a lot team for making the...

The restaurant is located at the lobby level of the hotel. It’s not a huge place but still has a lovely ambience. They have a open kitchen concept which is great as the aroma’s of the food really enhances the experience of eating there. For starters we had seafood and veg spring rolls, wok fried shrimps in tamarind sauce and tofu satay in black bean sauce and chili sauce. My favorites were the seafood spring rolls and the tofu satay in chilling sauce. The shrimps in tamarind sauce will surely be liked by people who don’t mind their food slightly on the sweeter side. For main course we tried the egg friend rice and chili chicken. Both the dishes were well made. Finally had some delicious coconut ice cream for dessert. Will surely visit again.
