UPDATE: Club Luna never responded to handling the issue in person. In regard to not having control over patrons outside your establishment, I understand as I am also a business owner. The issue I see is that often times the noise is from the workers out front. The video I posted showed an employee shaking a woman’s car making her scream. The honking that happens every night is because employees block the road off for specific customers causing others to get upset. I’ve even seen employees honk cars, as well as yell even louder than customers to each other as well as greeting particular customers. If you want a professional establishment, it begins with the staff. For example, and the videos I sent, it’s very obvious that the employee at the door should have stepped in and properly handled a situation (like the 5 drunk men around the 1 drunk women she tried physically fighting one of the men and ended up on the ground with him). If you’re looking for a place that completely disregards its impact on families, children, and the surrounding community, then Club Luna fits the bill perfectly. This club is located on the ground floor of a residential hotel, directly beneath long-stay apartments at Hyatt Place Jumeirah Residences. We are currently staying in the apartment directly above the entrance, and every single night, the noise is relentless. From around 10 PM to 4 AM, the bass from the music is so intense it shakes the walls and floors of the apartment above. You can literally feel the beat in every inch of the space. But it doesn’t end there. From midnight until after 6 AM, the street outside turns into a chaotic mess. Car horns blare, people scream, argue, shout, and loiter right outside the club’s door—which, by the way, is directly under residential bedroom windows. On multiple nights, we’ve been woken up 5+ times, and we have two small children who are constantly disturbed. What kind of establishment operates like this in a family-oriented area? To make matters worse, when complaints are raised to the property management, we’re told “no one has ever complained before”—an absurd claim considering how disruptive the situation is. It’s impossible to believe anyone who has stayed above this place hasn’t been affected by the sheer volume and late-night chaos. Clubs like this should not be allowed to operate in residential buildings. Period. Club Luna doesn’t just disturb sleep—it ruins lives for anyone unfortunate enough to live above it. It’s not just a poor business—it’s a public nuisance. If you’re planning to stay at Hyatt Place Jumeirah Residences, or if you value peace, family-friendliness, or even just basic decency—avoid Club Luna at all costs. And if you live nearby, make your complaints known—this kind of operation has no place in a residential or hotel setting.

Vegetarian options

This place is not suitable for practicing Muslims or anyone seeking a morally clean environment. Although food might be served, the atmosphere is deeply inappropriate, with activities that contradict Islamic values and basic decency. Please avoid supporting such places.

Dietary restrictions

This venue is not recommended at all. It promotes an environment filled with shameless behavior and immoral activities that violate not only religious dietary laws but general ethical boundaries. For the sake of your faith, your soul, and your dignity, avoid it.

Parking

Even if parking is available, do not let that convenience tempt you into a place of sin and disobedience to Allah. There are places where parking your soul in righteousness is far more important.

Kid-friendliness

This place is not kid-friendly. In fact, it is spiritually toxic for adults, let alone innocent children. No child should be exposed to such an environment of music, mixing, and immorality. May Allah protect our youth.

Wheelchair accessibility

Even if accessible, entering this place brings harm to both body and soul. Accessibility to sin is not a virtue. The true path we need access to is the straight path of Allah, not the gates...
