We spent over two consecutive months at Ibis Styles Jumeira and were thoroughly impressed. Our Suite 503 on the 5th floor was remarkably spacious, just as shown in the photos and video. The view was particularly a highlight: a breathtaking look at the Burj Khalifa and the beautifully mosque, which creates a special atmosphere, especially in the evening.
The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. For example, whenever we needed an iron or ironing board, it was delivered within 10 minutes. We also enjoyed the amenities such as the fitness studio and indoor pool. However, what truly makes this hotel unbeatable is its location. Within a few minutes, you can walk to the beach (La Mer) and directly to Al Wasl Street or the famous Jumeirah Street. By car, you can reach Downtown, the Dubai Mall, and the Burj Khalifa in just 10 minutes without any traffic. In the evenings, the surrounding area is perfect for pleasant strolls, and you can try cuisine from around the world in the side streets or shop at various supermarkets within walking distance.
The friendly yet discreet staff deserves special mention, as they gave us the necessary space to feel completely comfortable. Our requests to housekeeping were always promptly and satisfactorily fulfilled, particularly by Mr. Srijan, who was responsible for our floor – his work was simply outstanding. The reception team was also consistently courteous. A special thank you to the young lady who assigned us the suite – she said we would love it, and she was absolutely right!
On my wife's birthday, there was a knock on the door, and she was presented with a birthday cake. She was genuinely speechless!
Another thank you goes to the friendly team in the parking garage, who always had a smile on their faces and engaged in pleasant small talk. They also ensured that only hotel guests could access the garage, which guaranteed the safety of our vehicle.
I also created a professional 360° tour of our suite, as I do this for Google in various businesses worldwide. This tour allows anyone to virtually walk through the room, and it can be found under the images by clicking the "360° images" button. Many, many thanks...
Read moreYes, I have to confess I payed cheep price, but the same time it was a lot of things which ruined my stay, and are the following: ||||First of all, there is NO sign with a name of the hotel. This hotel changed name, and they didn’t change the sign outside, I’ve spent 15 minutes in taxi circulate around neighbourhood area to find the hotel, with same time no parking area. So, be careful, for that and in the end of March it IBIS very small sign outside,l||||Second, air conditioning is noisy, I stand up several times at night to switch it off because I can’t sleep because of noise, and switch it on because I woke up from hot! ||||Third, the lock on the window door leads to the terras in my room 109 was broken, it means no security. ||||Fourth, huge, extremely huge problem with a breakfast! It’s officially by sign stars at 7:30, (which is in general terms already late!!!) but receptionist said because of Ramadan it will start at 8:00, okey no problem I appreciate that, so I came at 7:55 and and it was not light in the restaurant they just started to bring things form the kitchen at 08:03! And breakfast buffet was ready at 8:30 at reality! Till 10:00! ||||Fifth, more problems with breakfast.., well, I’ve booked and paid for a room with a breakfast, but upon arrival reservation’s staff said that I have only room and no breakfast. I’ve shown my reservation and they fixed the problem, but at the morning in a restaurant my room was not on the list for breakfast! ||Poor breakfast with instant coffee, and not really hot water or milk to make it. At the same time they sell things, I paid for double espresso but it was not drinkable! ||Disappointed! ||||Positive things are: ||Clean and enough spacious room, extremely kind and helpful staff!!! ||||Conclusions, I do work in a same - tourist industry in Greece and I totally understand that this hotel absolutely has management problems!!! And Please, avoid this hotel even...
Read moreI have a very disappointing experience in this Ibis hotel. The quality of the services especially the breakfast and the staff attitude is not up to the standards I was used to in Ibis hotels. The restaurant manager Mr Jestin thinks he can yell at the guests who wanted to take a croissant from breakfast they paid for. When I told him his attitude is unacceptable he was rude and unprofessional even to me. He didn't let me talk. He talks to guests like they are his servants. The quality of the breakfast is very poor. Weak variety and bad quality. There are jars with pickles instead of fresh salads (why?), coffee is terrible, the juices are some kind of powdered chemicals, there are not even small spoons available. I requested to swap a room with a window in the same category of standard room. Mr Fazil first said there is nothing available or i have to pay extra. Like a window in a hotel is for extra charge. Our room has view inside hotel lobby so you hear everyone yelling in the lobby especially when visiting the restaurant. So Mr Fazil let us wait till 3 pm to get us the worst room in the hotel which had peeled and dirty wallpaper, dirty window and was much smaller than the room we had. We have booked pretty long stay (27 days) and I'm very disappointed to stay here. I have been told that the hotel staff had the audacity to file a complaint against ME when I try to defend the customers rights. Anyway there are much better hotels in Dubai for the same or even cheaper price. The good things : room and bed are spacious and the night receptionist Mr Hanine is very kind, helpful and professional, the location of the hotel is close to the beach and has a bus...
