That one cashier in your newly opened branch in Exit 2 near Burjuman Metro Station was very rude and unapologetic even though it's really her mistake. First, she didn't even ask me and my friend if we will be paying the items we purchased as one, instead she punched them all and when I told her to separate the items she replied that she already punched them and I insisted that she separate the items and then she starts talking with a bit high tone telling that it's our mistake cause she was not informed we will be paying separately and that is our fault.. she continued talking that way so I also told her "no", it's your fault.. bec. she keeps on talking the same thing again and again. Her face was showing upset and pissed off already that time.. My friend who purchased a lot more items than I did, she (cashier) punched his items first.. when it was my turn and as I told her earlier to separate the items, which she did because I really insisted (even if I think she didn't want to).. only to find out that she charge in my account the items that my friend bought instead of smaller amount.. while she charged my items on my friend's card.. it was her mistake but still very eager to put the blame on us and again telling us it's our mistake and how they will know whose item is whose..I told her, how come for these few items that I bought will cost that much as what you've charged on my account and vice versa with my friend's.. She's still answering back and was really rude with a high tone even when we ask to call the manager but still she was very rude to us.. the manager was able to solve the issue but the cashier really has a bad attitude the entire situation and we even told him to train their cashiers how to deal with a customers in every situation. If she can talk nicely and didn't almost raise her voice on us maybe we can let it pass.. but she should...
Read moreCuisines is one of the restaurants at the newly re-categorized 5 star hotel that is Ramada Jumeirah.
The restaurant serves mostly Indian and Arabic food. I’d have to say that the Arabic is the better and definitely more popular of the two as I noticed many customers were going for those items. The grilled meats were especially delicious.
The cold appetisers were also amazing. Perhaps the best part of the experience is that they are part of a dual brunch that combined their restaurant and the one across the hall for an amazing experience that is not seen in many hotels around town.
There is also a kids section with their most favorite dishes along with a play area where they can play with other kids while you enjoy your brunch.
The time flew by during the brunch which was unexpected as most of the time, I’m finished with the brunch in about an hour. I had such a good time that I wish the brunch wasn’t ending so soon.
The prices are incredibly affordable and pocket friendly for a 5 start hotel. Sometimes brunches are so expensive that you keep eating and eating just to get your money worth and end up being uncomfortable full. With the down to earth pricing that cuisine offers, you can eat in peace.
Overall, great experience that I wouldn’t mind...
Read moreI visited this place along with the family for Iftar this Ramadan, and needless to say, we all loved it. The place has a beautiful interior and an amazing ambiance, making it one of the more comfortable places to dine in. They have a buffet for Iftar, mostly comprising of Arabic dishes such as Kibbeh, Shawarma Platters, Shish Tawuk, Kebabs and most importantly, Lamb Ouzi. The salad bar had a huge variety of Sides, along with Soups and Cheeses. Loved the focus on taste and presentation of the whole variety of food, although I do recommend an improvement on the Hummus. The staff is super-friendly, and is very attentive to the guests at all times. I love that. The dessert included Riz bilHalib and traditional Baklawa amongst others, but these two are definitely worth a mention here. We were also offered Gahva at the end of the meal, which was absolutely in line with the Dates and Baklava. The best part about all of this is the value for money, which is quiet unmatched if you look around Dubai. I loved it, the family loved it, what else do we look for when...
