I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your motor city on Sunday, March 15th. The experience was completely unacceptable and shows a clear lack of professionalism from your staff.

I arrived at 9:30 PM, well before your stated closing time of 10:00 PM, intending to dine in and enjoy a blueberry cheesecake, some pastries, and an iced coffee. However, when I informed the staff I would be dining in, I was immediately told that it was “not allowed already.” This was confusing and frustrating, as there was still plenty of time before closing.

To make matters worse, when I tried to order an iced coffee, the staff completely ignored me at first. When I repeated my order, I was then told that the coffee machine was “no longer working.” Yet, when I looked over, I saw one of the staff members already cleaning it. clearly, they had just decided to stop serving drinks early instead of actually helping customers.

This behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers. It was obvious that the staff just wanted to close up early instead of doing their jobs. If your business is supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, then customers should be served properly until then. Instead, it felt like I was being pushed out as if I was an inconvenience to them.

It is incredibly frustrating to visit a place expecting good service, only to be treated with laziness and indifference. If your staff doesn’t want to do their jobs properly, then something needs to change. I hope you take this matter seriously and address these issues immediately, as this is not the kind of experience customers should have...

The shop front is filthy; it's obvious it was mopped with a very dirty mop and they didn't bother to clean it again. The chairs are filthy; they probably never get cleaned. There are very few staff members, and they seem to be under pressure, leaving customers at the checkout counter to prepare another order. Even the glass decor is filthy. There isn't even a side trash can! Oh my God, the cook too! He seems to be overwhelmed with orders all at once and is taking too long to finish them. I feel so sorry for him. Shame on the owner of the café, shame on you, the only one to blame....
